We've made it to Christmas week, friends. 🎄 Amid the chaos, the to-do lists, the noise, and the swirl of holiday emotions—we've arrived in this moment, this year, at this point of God's story. And because we're here, we're invited into something deeper.
In this week's episode of Nourished to Bloom, we're slowing down together to rest, breathe, and reconnect with the true meaning of Christmas. We're revisiting a beautiful Advent meditation—one that gently guides us back to presence, connection, and the miracle of Emmanuel: God with us.
As we gather with family, navigate the hustle, and juggle expectations, we're reminded that our greatest gift is not perfection… but presence. And Christ's presence with us changes everything.
Inside this peaceful Christmas episode, we:
✨ Return to the quiet truth that Jesus was born into this world—the same earth you and I walk on today ✨ Invite Him into the places of our hearts that feel tired, hidden, or in need of healing ✨ Pray through a powerful Litany of Encounter, asking: Jesus, be born in me ✨ Reflect on how Emmanuel meets us right where we are—this week, this season, this moment ✨ Reorient our hearts toward hope as we prepare for a new year
Whether you're listening on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, or curled up with a warm drink sometime this week, we pray this meditation brings you grounding, grace, and the reminder that you are held.
From our Nourish to Bloom community to your home: Merry Christmas. May your days be blessed, your heart be open, and may you recognize Jesus being born in you again and again.
We'll see you next week for our Year-in-Review reflection episode, as we look back on 2025 and prepare our hearts for the year ahead. 💛 📣 Want to Kick-off 2026 Growing Closer to God?

00:02:46
to Bloom podcast. So happy to have you tuning in this week, especially
00:02:50
on Christmas Eve. So if you are listening today then
00:02:54
thanks for checking in. Thanks for being here. Maybe you needed a little
00:02:58
bit of reprieve from the chaos of the next couple of days,
00:03:02
but just wanted to share a special message to you and your family. Wishing you
00:03:06
a very, very Merry Christmas and
00:03:09
Hallelujah. Emmanuel has come.
00:03:12
Just the specialness that 2000 years ago
00:03:17
Jesus was born and that he was on this very earth just
00:03:20
like you and me and that the promise of his
00:03:24
birth is that he will come again and we are awaiting
00:03:28
that time when he will come again in the future.
00:03:31
But also just a reminder of Jesus coming
00:03:36
now in the present present tense that Jesus is born
00:03:40
in each of us every single day and that he is coming
00:03:43
now to you and to me. And
00:03:47
may we stop and be prepared.
00:03:51
May we recognize and notice his coming instead of being
00:03:55
so busy and preoccupied with the things of the world and
00:03:59
busy preparing for all the holiday things, but
00:04:03
just really being prepared that he is being
00:04:06
born to each of us every single day. And with that I want
00:04:10
to share. This litany of encounter because I think it's
00:04:14
just so special. It's a way for us to invite
00:04:17
Jesus into those places that maybe we try
00:04:21
to keep hidden or places that
00:04:25
maybe need some healing, but inviting him to be born
00:04:29
within each of us every single day. And so
00:04:33
where I need to be awakened Jesus be born in me
00:04:37
where I am in darkness Jesus be born in me
00:04:42
where I doubt your promises Jesus be born in me
00:04:46
where I am self reliant Jesus be born in me
00:04:51
where I am held captive Jesus be born in me
00:04:55
where I am unreconciled Jesus be born in me
00:04:59
where I am losing the battle Jesus be born in me
00:05:04
where I need familial love Jesus, be born in me
00:05:08
where I hunger for more of you Jesus be born in
00:05:12
me where I need the hope of heaven Jesus
00:05:15
be born in me where I need to live your mission
00:05:19
Jesus, be born in me where I need you as my
00:05:23
brother Jesus be born in me where
00:05:27
I need your consuming fire Jesus be born in me
00:05:32
where I'm holding on to idols Jesus be born in me
00:05:36
where I have lost hope Jesus be born in me
00:05:40
where I lack peace Jesus be born in me
00:05:44
where I need the love of the divine bridegroom Jesus be born
00:05:48
in me where my heart is closed Jesus be
00:05:52
born in me where I fear silence Jesus be
00:05:55
born in me where I lack a childlike heart
00:05:59
Jesus be born in me where I fear
00:06:03
being vulnerable. Jesus, be born in me
00:06:07
where I feel unworthy Jesus, be born in me
00:06:11
where I need your healing Jesus, be born in me
00:06:15
where I need to hear you call me by name. Jesus,
00:06:19
be born in me where I ache for union with
00:06:23
you. Jesus, be born in me where I'm
00:06:26
afraid to be still Jesus, be born in me
00:06:31
where I need to see your face Jesus, be born in me
00:06:35
where I need the gift of your Holy Spirit. Jesus, be born
00:06:39
in me Wherever it is that
00:06:43
you need to encounter Emmanuel, just ask
00:06:46
Jesus, be born in me and let him come into that
00:06:50
place with his innocence, with his healing, with his
00:06:54
hope, and let him
00:07:00
just live within you and just
00:07:03
remind yourself, Jesus, be born in me. So
00:07:07
I maybe over the next couple of days you'll come back to that prayer
00:07:12
and just hold on to it. See where the
00:07:15
Lord is speaking to you. Invite him into those places where you
00:07:19
need to encounter Emmanuel, that you need to
00:07:23
encounter God with us. I pray that
00:07:26
you and your family have a blessed and beautiful
00:07:30
Christmas and if you are traveling, that you have safe
00:07:33
travels and that everyone stays healthy and that you have a
00:07:37
beautiful and blessed holiday Holiday season Thanks again for
00:07:40
tuning into the podcast. I'm appreciative of each of my
00:07:44
listeners and I know in the last episode
00:07:48
I said something about a Goal Setting with
00:07:51

00:07:55
the dates on. That because I have a couple of. Speaking engagements so I'm trying
00:07:58
to work my schedule around that, but it looks. Like it's
00:08:02
going to be three Thursdays. In a row in January. If
00:08:06
you are interested you can find a waitlist link to
00:08:10

00:08:14
Added to the wait list and then. You'Ll get all the information to register for
00:08:17
that workshop. When I have the registration page up and running,
00:08:22

00:08:25

00:08:37
set some Christ centered goals for the new year. But
00:08:40
until then I will be back. Next week and we're going to do. Kind of
00:08:44
a year in review. Just some things, some questions to think about, questions
00:08:48
to ask yourself and just reflect back on 2024 and
00:08:51
the areas. That you've had growth, the areas that you can
00:08:56
be grateful for. In the areas that may be going into 202025
00:09:00
you need to have Jesus be born in you and
00:09:04
encounter Emmanuel. So again, Merry Christmas to you and your family.
00:09:08
And I will see you next week. Until then, bye.
