This week on Nourished to Bloom, we're stepping into a season that so many of us experience, but few of us talk about openly: middle motherhood. It's that in-between chapter when our children are growing more independent, our days feel quieter, and suddenly we find ourselves asking the big questions again: Who am I? What am I meant to do?
I share a personal story about my daughter as she starts middle school—how she struggled with her identity, and how I watched her journey remind me of our own transitions as women. From young adulthood to marriage, career choices, and motherhood, each season challenges us to rediscover ourselves, sometimes in ways that feel uncomfortable—but often full of possibility.
In this episode, we explore together: ✨ How to recognize the difference between worldly pressure and the Holy Spirit's gentle promptings ✨ Navigating the restlessness and identity shifts of middle motherhood ✨ How coaching rooted in faith can help us step forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose ✨ Living integrated wellness—mind, body, and spirit—that sets a foundation for our kids and families
If you've ever felt caught between gratitude and longing, this episode encourages us to pause, reflect, and move forward in God's timing.
🎧 Listen now and join us as we uncover how middle motherhood can become a sacred season of discovery—where we grow into the women God created us to be.

00:00:01
Do you ever find yourself stuck in that position between
00:00:05
gratitude and guilt? Like
00:00:10
you tell yourself, I should just feel happy. I have everything I've
00:00:13
prayed for, everything I've wanted.
00:00:17
And yet there's still that feeling of restlessness,
00:00:21
of like, I want to do more. And then you feel
00:00:25
guilty about it, right? It's that. That feeling of being caught between
00:00:28
gratitude for what you have and this quiet longing for something more.
00:00:32
And that's what this episode is really going to help you explore.
00:00:36
Because I think sometimes that that tension or that tug that we
00:00:40
feel is so natural and we guilt
00:00:43
ourselves into believing that we shouldn't
00:00:48
desire that more or we shouldn't explore what that more
00:00:52
might be be? And what if that. That
00:00:55
tug is something that you shouldn't push away?
00:00:59
Because what if it's actually an invitation from God Himself
00:01:03
for you to become more of the woman
00:01:07
that he invited you to be, that he created you
00:01:11
to be, and he's just asking you to explore
00:01:14
what that more might be. Welcome to

00:02:44
And I'm so happy you're here. Welcome to Nourish
00:02:48
to Bloom, where every Day is a sacred invitation to
00:02:52
thrive. So last night, I was in
00:02:55
the middle of preteen drama with my daughter. It's
00:02:59
quite interesting. I really don't remember being this
00:03:03
emotional as a preteen. My mom would probably say different,
00:03:07
but my goodness, it all started because
00:03:10
I just. I'm not saying her room has to be, like,
00:03:14
perfectly spotless because y', all, by no means am I the,
00:03:17
like, most organized, tidiest person, but I feel like
00:03:21
I have this battle over and over and over,
00:03:24
weekend, week out of, can you
00:03:28
just clean your room? Can you just. Can you just pick it up? Or, like,
00:03:31
can you at least pick up the dirty clothes in your bathroom? And
00:03:35
then it turns into this full on. I'm sorry
00:03:38
I'm not as perfect as you and y'. All.
00:03:42
It's hard. I'm sure that maybe you've experienced this too.
00:03:46
It comes with this territory, this. This period,
00:03:50
this transition of. Of motherhood, right? And as
00:03:54
I sat there and I saw her yesterday, it was really this.
00:03:58
This calling out from, like, the depth of
00:04:02
her soul, because what she told me was, I don't even know who
00:04:06
I am anymore. I have been trying to spend this whole year figuring
00:04:10
out who I am. And I kind of had to
00:04:14
validate that for her because she just moved into middle school.
00:04:17
And it's. It's different, right? And if I think about this and I look at
00:04:21
this through the. The. Through her perspective, it is
00:04:25
so different. And if I look back on life and how
00:04:28
things change for a woman and all the transitions that we feel, because there are
00:04:32
a lot of them, I feel like middle school is one
00:04:36
of those that has really set the stage for so many
00:04:40
of us and the struggles that we find ourselves facing.
00:04:43
Because you're kind of, like, still sheltered in elementary, you're kind
00:04:47
of considered
00:04:50
maybe still small, and then you go to middle school, and
00:04:54
it's like the world decides to
00:04:58
just come at you, right? We. We start
00:05:02
to see
00:05:05
different personalities develop. We start to see that comparison
00:05:09
start to creep into our lives of, well, what does so and so have?
00:05:13
What is so and so wearing? What are they doing? We feel
00:05:17
that pressure to try to keep up. And if we think about it, I think
00:05:20
most of us could look back in our lives and. And that really kind of
00:05:23
started around middle school for a lot of us, maybe high school
00:05:27
for some of us, too. But it was just a really interesting
00:05:31
concept to. To explore, and I thought that it fit so well
00:05:34
with what we're talking about here on the podcast. And this idea
00:05:38
of. Of Wellness and what it means to be well
00:05:42
and. And. And healthy and holy mind,
00:05:46
body and soul. And
00:05:49
we talked about this last week and kind of the transition of the
00:05:53
podcast to really look at this broader perspective
00:05:57
of wellness from this Catholic lens. And it's really about where
00:06:01
we're looking at. We're looking at our faith, we're looking at our body,
00:06:04
we're looking at our purpose, and then the mission
00:06:08
and who God created us to be and how they all have to work together
00:06:12
in harmony for us to really be a whole
00:06:15
person, to be a healthy and whole person. And
00:06:19
I feel like it's worth exploring just kind of some of these transitions,
00:06:23
and then I think a transition that I
00:06:27
have most recently gone through and how that really changed a lot
00:06:31
for me and how I want to kind of share that
00:06:34
with you in hopes that it just sheds some light on
00:06:38
some stuff for you that maybe you're dealing with. But like I said, we go
00:06:41
through these transitions of you
00:06:45
elementary to middle school, and then, you know, middle school. You're trying to figure out,
00:06:49
you know, who your friends are, who you are in. In this space. And then
00:06:52
you go to high school, and it's like you're doing it all over again. And
00:06:55
then you go to college, and that just opens up, you know, maybe something completely
00:06:59
different because maybe you're moving away from home.
00:07:02
You're, you know, kind of really and truly independent.
00:07:06
You're an adult. You have to make adult decisions.
00:07:10
And then, you know, you. You're trying to
00:07:14
figure out, you know, what could you possibly want to do for the rest of
00:07:17
your life from a career perspective. And maybe you're navigating
00:07:20
relationships, you're discerning marriage, you're discerning your vocation, and
00:07:24
there's all these things that happen. And then you graduate college, and maybe you
00:07:27
move again to someplace else for a job. And you're trying to navigate
00:07:31
a job or you're getting married, and you're trying to navigate
00:07:35
how to start building a life with somebody else. And then you get to
00:07:39
this point point where you have kids, and that changes everything,
00:07:43
because once you become a mom, like, you can't un. Become a mom. And so
00:07:46
then everything that you do is, you know, through the
00:07:50
lens of. Of your motherhood and who you want to be as a
00:07:54
mom and how you make all these pieces fit. I was talking to a
00:07:57
client today, and she's kind of in that overwhelm, and she's like, I just don't
00:08:01
know how to make the Marian Martha, you know,
00:08:05
coexist and I think that's what we can all really agree on in
00:08:08
motherhood is how, how are we doing that? But
00:08:13
then, like, you, you have kids and they are in that toddler phase and they're,
00:08:16
they're, they're really needy. We know this, right?
00:08:20
And then you hit this other transition and, and I think nobody
00:08:24
really tells us in motherhood about this transition. It's like we,
00:08:28
we become moms. And then the next time we kind of hear about this is
00:08:30
like, we're. When you become an empty nester. But there's really kind of like this
00:08:34
first empty nester situation that happens
00:08:38
that nobody really talks about. And I experienced this a
00:08:41
few years ago when my youngest went to kindergarten. And it was
00:08:46
this, this point in life where
00:08:49
it's like, your kids are in school and you start
00:08:53
to wonder, what do I, what do I do with this kind of free time
00:08:57
that I have? Like, you don't have a ton of free time. You have between
00:08:59
the hours of, you know, 8 and 3 when they're in and you're
00:09:03
like, maybe you start to feel this tug of like, wanting to do something
00:09:07
more. You start to wonder more about, you know, who am
00:09:10
I? Because maybe you have experienced a little bit of loss of who you are
00:09:15
as you've entered motherhood, right? And it's like you're trying to explore
00:09:20
who you are in this new phase, but nobody talks about it. And
00:09:23
when I was in it, it was this point of like, wow,
00:09:27
this is a really interesting place to be. And thankfully, when
00:09:31
I entered it, I was already in coaching. I
00:09:35
was already working with someone around
00:09:39
mindset, and I had already started wanting to, you
00:09:43
know, build this practice. And it was amazing how
00:09:47
much easier this phase of motherhood was,
00:09:50
was to transition. Because what I had learned in coaching was
00:09:54
really these foundational things of who I was, like, my
00:09:57
identity. Kind of what we talked about last week, about how so many of
00:10:01
us struggle because we don't know our true identity.
00:10:06
And so we're this big transition that I
00:10:10
think many of us find ourselves in is what I call, you know, middle motherhood.
00:10:14
And it's a season where it can shake our identity, but I think
00:10:17
it also can really awaken us to understanding
00:10:21
our divine purpose if we take the right steps in
00:10:26
this transition. And I think it's so important,
00:10:29
um, because I think that it's, it, it becomes
00:10:33
foundational for us. Right? I look back and I think about if I
00:10:37
would have known more of who I
00:10:41
am from this foundational
00:10:44
divine God perspective, like
00:10:48
that deep Rooted identity in Christ. When I was
00:10:51
my daughter's age, things probably would have looked a little
00:10:55
bit different for me going through these different transitions in life.
00:10:59
I. I don't think that it would have shaken me quite as much.
00:11:04
Right. And so with every new chapter, we find
00:11:07
ourselves asking these same questions over and over again. Who am I
00:11:11
now? What's next? What is God calling me to?
00:11:16
But if we do that work to really discover our identity,
00:11:21
these questions really aren't signs of confusion, but
00:11:24
they're really signs of becoming. We can look at these trans
00:11:29
as invitation invitations to pause and
00:11:33
reflect and realign our hearts with
00:11:37
who created us, to really understand
00:11:40
and use them as opportunities for him to continue to
00:11:44
reveal, to continue to form us and shape us
00:11:48
into the woman that he wants us to be. I hear
00:11:51
this in a talk this past week about there's no
00:11:55
retirement in the kingdom of God. And it was
00:11:59
something that struck me, right? It's like this,
00:12:03
this idea that it's not like you get to this point in life and like
00:12:07
you're who God, you're like you're complete, right? That's,
00:12:10
that's not how this works, right. A quote that I've said a lot of times
00:12:13
is, God's plan for us takes a lifetime. And I think that
00:12:17
we need to really embrace that idea
00:12:22
and really foster a growth mindset
00:12:26
and be able to embrace that idea of that there
00:12:29
is no retirement in the kingdom of God, that we are
00:12:33
being challenged, that we are being called
00:12:37
to create this lifestyle
00:12:41
that is Christ centered. And there's no point where you, you stop
00:12:45
doing that, right? When we think of retirement, maybe we've had a career and you
00:12:48
get to a retirement, you stop going to work, you
00:12:52
stop doing that career. And that is not
00:12:56
how our faith works. That's not how.
00:13:00
That's not how what God created us to do, right? We're not
00:13:03
complete until we're complete in Him.
00:13:07
And so getting back to this idea of transitions, because I know I went kind
00:13:10
of off on a tangent, but I told you in this whole transition
00:13:14
that I was going to speak more from the heart and be less scripted.
00:13:18
But like, if we can get back to this middle motherhood is one of those,
00:13:21
those times, one of those transitions that we can
00:13:25
really embrace and allow the Lord to
00:13:29
reveal more of who he wants us to become.
00:13:33
And middle motherhood, like I said, it's this season when your kids are growing up,
00:13:38
maybe they're all in school, maybe you have one in middle school or high school
00:13:41
even. And it's like for the first time in years, you have this
00:13:45
little bit of breathing room. And yet
00:13:49
that space can feel really unsettling. It can lead to thoughts of
00:13:53
like, well, I should be happy. You know, I've had everything
00:13:57
I have ever wanted, I've ever prayed for. I have a family. I have stability.
00:14:00
I have routines. But you might find yourself that deep down, there's this
00:14:04
restlessness. And it's almost like you're being pulled in. In
00:14:08
two directions. It's
00:14:12
between this life that you've built and kind of
00:14:15
questioning what's next, Lord, what is next for me?
00:14:20
And it's like you can go back to where you were before
00:14:24
you became a mom, because now everything that you do
00:14:27
is shaped within that vocation of motherhood. But you
00:14:31
also can't clearly see what lies ahead. And
00:14:35
I think this restlessness can really come from two different places. And
00:14:39
the first one is that it's from the world.
00:14:43
Because the world really tries to tell us what we need
00:14:46
to have it all, that we need to be the perfect mom, the
00:14:50
supportive wife, the fit woman, the ambitious professional, the one who
00:14:54
makes homemade meals, who volunteers at school, and somehow never shows
00:14:58
a wrinkle. That's that pressure that
00:15:01
leaves us feeling like we're never enough.
00:15:05
It's fueled by fear and this fear of falling
00:15:08
behind or losing our identity, of not being seen or
00:15:12
valued. But if I
00:15:16
had to challenge you, if you're into this. This phase of
00:15:20
motherhood, the middle motherhood, and you're feeling, like, this kind of desire or this
00:15:23
tug or this longing I want
00:15:27
to challenge you, to really think about, could this be from the Holy Spirit?
00:15:33
Because it might feel different. It might not feel, like,
00:15:37
pressure, but instead it's just this gentle tug. It's like
00:15:41
this holy curiosity. It's like there's this. This whisper,
00:15:44
this little thing on your heart that no matter how you try to ignore it,
00:15:48
it keeps coming back. And it's almost saying, like, there's
00:15:51
something more. I want you to do something more.
00:15:56
And maybe it's not something, you know, louder or
00:16:00
busier, but maybe it's just something deeper.
00:16:05
And kind of the way that we can know the difference between these two is,
00:16:08
like, when that prompting comes from the world, it really brings about this
00:16:11
anxiety and this. This fear.
00:16:15
And it's like this. It's really kind of
00:16:19
fueled by, like, comparison and this desire of, like, trying to
00:16:23
keep up, right? Of trying to meet the world's expectations.
00:16:27
Whereas when we have these, you know, these little
00:16:31
tugs on our heart when it comes from. From God,
00:16:35
it brings about peace and like this, this
00:16:38
holy anticipation and this sense of like
00:16:42
purpose, of like this is the next thing that I'm being called for.
00:16:46
And that's why mother middle motherhood is this beautiful sacred
00:16:49
opportunity to rediscover who God created you to be.
00:16:54
And it's really not about completely reinventing
00:16:58
yourself, but it's really about kind of a
00:17:01
rediscovery and a remembering and
00:17:05
an expansion of learning who you are, of
00:17:09
who the woman God designed you to be
00:17:13
before the world tried to tell you who you should be.
00:17:18
And I think this benefits and fits in beautifully with this Catholic
00:17:22
vision of wellness that we talked about last week. Because living well
00:17:25
in this Catholic sense isn't just about, you
00:17:29
know, wellness in the sense of how the world sees it, of, you know, this
00:17:32
is what you're eating, this is how you're moving your body, this is your physical
00:17:36
well being. But it's really again about living integrated
00:17:40
mind, body and spirit. And that all of these are aligned
00:17:43
towards God's mission for your life. And when we live out of
00:17:47
this place of wholeness, we're no longer chasing satisfaction from
00:17:50
achievements or external approval. Instead, it's really
00:17:54
about finding this deep peace and knowing that we are
00:17:58
exactly where we're meant to be or that
00:18:02
we're courageously exploring,
00:18:05
curiously stepping toward what God is calling us to,
00:18:09
to next. And I want to talk about that for just a second
00:18:13
because I think so many of us, we find ourselves in this
00:18:16
transition, in this phase of really
00:18:20
discerning and trying to understand what the Lord is calling us to. And I
00:18:23
think we get it in our heads that the next thing has to be
00:18:27
the forever thing. And I want to challenge that.
00:18:31
The next thing that you do, the next thing that the Lord may be calling
00:18:35
you to, might not be the forever thing. I
00:18:38
talked about this with a client this morning. She's in kind of this
00:18:42
transition with her, her work and
00:18:46
she has this opportunity
00:18:50
to become an entrepreneur, but she has three young
00:18:54
children and she's like, you know, I've kind of always wanted to be
00:18:58
the entrepreneur, to have my own business, but
00:19:01
in this season of life, I don't know how I would do that. It would
00:19:04
me. It would mean me giving up all of my time
00:19:08
to do the marketing, to do all these entrepreneurial things. And my
00:19:12
family would come at the cost of that. And I said,
00:19:15
that's okay. The entrepreneur thing, owning your own business may
00:19:19
still be the dream or the desire, but
00:19:23
that doesn't mean that it's the next thing. Because the Next thing doesn't have
00:19:27
to be the forever thing. Maybe the next thing is the step that
00:19:31
you need to take before you get to the forever
00:19:34
thing. Maybe there's something that needs to be learned in the next step before
00:19:38
you get to the forever thing, right? That this journey
00:19:43
is really about the Lord forming us and preparing us
00:19:47
constantly for a lifetime to become the woman
00:19:52
that he created us to be, the, the woman
00:19:55
that is meant for eternity with Him.
00:20:00
And that is a forever thing. That is a lifetime plan. It's
00:20:03
a daily practice and, and formation
00:20:07
of continuously becoming that woman.
00:20:11
And so if you find yourself in this season of middle motherhood and
00:20:15
you, you're wondering what's next, you're wondering
00:20:19
who you are, I want to encourage you to just to pause
00:20:23
because this is going to look different for every woman,
00:20:26
right? For some women, this season of middle
00:20:30
motherhood, you're feeling this. I should be doing more. I, I
00:20:34
like, I, I need to be doing more. And you're feeling this pressure from the
00:20:37
world. But what this season and what God may actually
00:20:41
be intending for you is learning to just find
00:20:45
joy and fulfillment and contentment right where you
00:20:49
are. That God has you right where you are as a
00:20:52
wife and as a mother, and realizing that this
00:20:56
vocation is holy and meaningful even in the unseen,
00:20:59
ordinary moments. That God wants you to be
00:21:03
faithful as a wife and a mother right where you are.
00:21:07
And that he is not actually calling you to
00:21:12
something new, but it's the world that's been putting pressure on
00:21:15
you that you should be doing something different.
00:21:19
But the Lord wants you to
00:21:23
learn joy and commitment right where you are.
00:21:27
Well, for other women out there, it is a time
00:21:30
of exploring, of dreaming with God about what comes next.
00:21:35
And maybe he is stirring something new, a ministry, a creative
00:21:39
pursuit, a way to serve beyond your home. And you're
00:21:42
beginning to sense that your heart is ready to take that next
00:21:46
step. Either way, discernment is the key
00:21:50
because we really don't want to act from that worldly pressure,
00:21:54
but we also don't want to ignore the Spirit's prompting.
00:21:57
And that difference can be found in peace, not perfection.
00:22:01
And I think this is where, if you find yourself in this
00:22:05
transition and this transition of middle motherhood, but
00:22:09
really any transition in life, I think this is where coaching can make
00:22:12
such a difference for you. I know that it made a huge difference for me.
00:22:16
It allowed me to create some deep roots,
00:22:20
to create this deep rooted identity and to
00:22:25
make decisions to live my life from this
00:22:28
identity, from my worth, instead
00:22:32
of feeling like I needed to follow the pursuits
00:22:37
of the world. And so this is why I
00:22:40
created this coaching practice. Because I, I've
00:22:44
seen so many women get to this, this point of middle motherhood, and they feel
00:22:47
so lost. They feel like they don't know who they are.
00:22:52
And what I think coaching can help them do is
00:22:56
one either find that contentment and that peace and, and
00:22:59
feeling confident that the Lord has them right where they. They he wants them
00:23:03
to be, or it is about walking along,
00:23:07
along and exploring and dreaming with these women to
00:23:11
discern what God has for them next. And
00:23:15
that's. That's what it is. It's about helping women in this middle motherhood pause
00:23:19
and listen to uncover what it is that God is speaking into
00:23:22
their hearts to see where fear or
00:23:26
other obstacles might be holding you back and to help
00:23:30
you gain clarity and confidence to follow wherever he is
00:23:33
leading you to. Because it's really not about
00:23:37
chasing this better life. It's really about
00:23:41
aligning your life, the
00:23:44
things that you were doing, your lifestyle, with God's divine design.
00:23:49
And when you can do that, everything starts to feel more peaceful and
00:23:52
purposeful. Your choices, your
00:23:56
habits, your relationships, they start reflecting your true identity
00:24:00
and as that beloved daughter of God.
00:24:04
And that's where you will operate from. You will operate from
00:24:08
knowing that you are a beloved daughter of God. And that's how you're going to
00:24:12
show up differently. That's that Catholic wellness in action.
00:24:17
It's integrated living. It's rooted in prayer and
00:24:20
discernment and the freedom to live as the woman God created you to be.
00:24:25
And I think that this is so important for our children. I
00:24:29
think that we need to do this work for ourselves.
00:24:33
And it's honestly why I feel so blessed to, to have
00:24:37
done the work on myself, because it made having this conversation
00:24:41
with my daughter who was crying in our foyer last night
00:24:45
about how she doesn't know who she is,
00:24:49
because it allowed me to help
00:24:52
her begin to understand
00:24:58
that the things that I, that I tell her, it's not that
00:25:02
she is failing in any way, but it'll. It's like
00:25:05
giving her an insight into her own life and to show
00:25:09
her where the enemy is trying to sabotage her.
00:25:13
And it's helping her be able
00:25:17
to move and
00:25:21
operate and work from the identity of
00:25:24
knowing that she is a child of God.
00:25:28
Because that's the beautiful thing in it, is that God's design for your life is
00:25:32
completely unique and that the world is going to always
00:25:35
offer you these formulas, the perfect routine, the next diet, the next goal.
00:25:40
But operating from Knowing that you are
00:25:44
a child of God is offering something so much more personal.
00:25:48
It's this individualized divine plan
00:25:53
that is made specifically for you, discovered
00:25:57
through relationship, not striving.
00:26:01
And that when you begin to understand your God given identity, your
00:26:04
gifts, your temperament, your passions, you begin to live with
00:26:08
integrity and intention. You stop looking
00:26:11
to others to tell you who you should be. And you start aligning your life
00:26:15
with who God has already made you to be.
00:26:20
And that's when you start to feel fulfilled again. Not because you've achieved
00:26:24
more, but because you're living in your true vocation.
00:26:29
And our kids need this. Our kids need us to be role
00:26:32
models at home. There are so many
00:26:36
role models that are celebrities or influencers or athletes.
00:26:41
And our kids need to see parents
00:26:45
and moms fully living who
00:26:49
God created them to be and to model that for them.
00:26:53
And we need it more now than ever,
00:26:56
right? And so when you, when you do this work and when you
00:27:00
live from this place of alignment, you're going to notice those fruits, you're going to
00:27:04
feel more virtuous and grounded, your marriage and your family life
00:27:08
is going to grow stronger. You're going to experience less
00:27:11
restlessness and more contentment. And you'll be able
00:27:15
to model for your children what it looks like to
00:27:18
live a life for Christ with
00:27:21
integrity and purpose and faith. And
00:27:25
that's how generations change.
00:27:30
Not by doing more, but by living a truer life.
00:27:34
And that is what we each need. And
00:27:38
we, we need to do this not only for ourselves, not only to continue
00:27:42
to become and grow and form into
00:27:45
that woman that is complete and
00:27:49
ready for eternity, but also to really help our children
00:27:53
with that too. So if you're in
00:27:57
this middle motherhood season or any transition, and you
00:28:00
feel that quiet tug, that holy curiosity,
00:28:04
I really want to encourage you to get curious to
00:28:08
dare to dream with God. He gave you this beautiful gift
00:28:11
of your imagination and we got to stop using it to imagine the
00:28:15
worst. And so I want you to imagine what's possible with him.
00:28:20
Ask him to show you who you're becoming and how he wants to use this
00:28:23
season to shape your next chapter.
00:28:28
These transition periods, you're not lost,
00:28:31
you're just simply being invited to grow. It's making
00:28:35
space for the Lord to come in. And in God's timing, in this
00:28:39
season of middle motherhood, it might just become that most
00:28:43
beautiful and transformative chapter in your story.
00:28:47
And so if today's episode spoke to your heart or you know,
00:28:51
another woman or man mom who is in middle
00:28:54
motherhood, who is feeling all the things that we talked about. Please
00:28:58
share this episode with a friend who's in that same season.
00:29:02
And if you'd like to explore what coaching could look like for you,
00:29:06
what it means to have an individualized
00:29:10
plan and approach that's going to help you find that peace
00:29:14
and that purpose and that clarity, I'd love to connect with you.
00:29:18

00:29:33
chapter, to live fully alive, body, mind and soul,
00:29:37
and completely anchored in Him. Remember beauty
00:29:41
held as a seed, beauty shared as the flower. It is your time.
00:29:44
Time to bloom. Thanks again for joining me here on the podcast.
