Have you ever found yourself totally overwhelmed by all the mixed messages about who you're supposed to be? Maybe you catch yourself scrolling Instagram, quietly comparing your energy to yet another "perfect" influencer mom, and suddenly you're wondering if you're falling short in your calling?
You're not alone. Seriously — all that noise out there can make it almost impossible to understand who you truly are and what God's asking of you.
But what if you actually had a built-in guide to cut through the chaos and see yourself as God does — enough, loved, and deeply designed on purpose?

00:00:01
So I think most of you would agree that we live in a rather
00:00:05
confusing and chaotic world. We
00:00:09
have conflicting messages thrown in our face day in and
00:00:13
day out. Every time we pick up our phone and look at social media,
00:00:16
every time we turn on the news, talking to friends, talking to
00:00:20
neighbors, it can be overwhelming and it can
00:00:23
be confusing to really know
00:00:27
who we are, what we're supposed to be doing, what God is calling
00:00:31
us to. But as we continue our summer series,
00:00:35
Summer with the Holy Spirit, we this week are calling upon the
00:00:39
gift of understanding. And the beauty of the gift of
00:00:42
understanding is that it helps us to not be
00:00:46
confused by these conflicting messages in our culture. And it
00:00:50
really helps us to know that right way to live and how we need
00:00:54
to live as followers of Christ. And it also gives
00:00:57
us the opportunity to better know ourselves,
00:01:01
to grow in that self awareness and grow in that self
00:01:05
understanding of knowing exactly who we are,
00:01:08
who God created us to be, our unique gifts and
00:01:12
talents, and how he's calling us to use them.
00:01:16
So in this episode we're going to talk about the gift of understanding and some
00:01:19
practical ways that they can help us live out our daily lives, our
00:01:23
daily missions, in a unique and
00:01:27
fun, fully radical way for the Lord.
00:01:31

And I'm so happy you're here. Welcome to Nourish to
00:03:05
Bloom, where every day is a sacred invitation to thrive.
00:03:10
Hey there. Welcome back to the Nourish to Bloom podcast as
00:03:14
we are continuing our summer series, Summer with the
00:03:18
Holy Spirit. So happy to have you join me here
00:03:21
today and spending some time with me this week as we
00:03:26
continue to dive into the gifts of the Holy Spirit and how
00:03:30
we can really call upon them, how we are meant
00:03:34
to call upon, and how God gave them as these gifts for us to call
00:03:37
upon, to help shape us and guide us and help us
00:03:41
live with a greater sense of our
00:03:44
purpose and more peace and more presence
00:03:48
to the things that are really important and really matter in our life.
00:03:52
And so this week we're going to talk about the gift of understanding
00:03:56
and how this gift can really help us grasp who we are,
00:04:01
how God is at work in our lives, and how he's calling us to
00:04:05
live out our purpose with clarity, especially in
00:04:09
this really messy yet beautiful everyday
00:04:12
moments of navigating motherhood, careers, our health
00:04:16
and wellness, all the things.
00:04:20
So a person who has who really calls upon this
00:04:23
gift of understanding is someone who is not confused by
00:04:27
all of those conflicting messages in our culture about the right way to live.
00:04:32
When we are infused with this gift of understanding,
00:04:35
we are able to comprehend how we need to live as a follower
00:04:39
of Christ. Now, this week I was listening to
00:04:43
a previous homily from Father Mike
00:04:46
Schmitz, and he said in his homily that ever since the fall
00:04:50
in the Garden of Eden, that there's this lie that comes against every
00:04:54
woman. And this lie says that you are not worth
00:04:57
loving as you are right now. And then he
00:05:01
shares what God does in response to that lie. And what
00:05:05
he does is that he claims you. He claims you, and he
00:05:08
claims me as beloved daughters of God.
00:05:12
And to be claimed for him to claim us. We don't have to earn it,
00:05:16
we don't have to work for it. We don't have to produce a
00:05:20
certain outcome. We don't have to be a certain person.
00:05:24
It's just the truth that we are a beloved daughter of
00:05:28
God. And I think that having that gift of
00:05:31
understanding helps us to truly believe
00:05:35
that truth that we are beloved daughters of God. Because,
00:05:39
I mean, let's be honest, as women and especially mothers
00:05:43
in today's society, it's so Easy to lose sight of, of
00:05:46
who we are because we spend so much time
00:05:50
comparing, trying to be, quote, unquote, better
00:05:53
or to fit someone else's mold, that we
00:05:57
forget that we were never meant to be someone else.
00:06:02
Some of the things that I say a lot are like, God doesn't want carbon
00:06:06
copies of every person of that Instagram influencer,
00:06:09
of that celebrity, right? If that's what he
00:06:13
wanted, that's who he would have created. But you were
00:06:17
created with a specific beauty and a
00:06:20
specific design and a unique
00:06:24
mission. And when you call upon
00:06:28
that gift of understanding, it helps you to see that,
00:06:31
to really know who God created you to be and how he
00:06:35
wants you to live that out. I've shared that I've been
00:06:38
kind of going through this meditation series from Father David Pavanka,
00:06:42
and in his meditation on the gift of understanding, he. He
00:06:46
can. He shares some insights in that the gift of
00:06:49
understanding, it's not just insights into what we believe, but why
00:06:53
it matters and why the gift of understanding is so important.
00:06:57
And some of the things that he shares is that it helps us to grasp
00:07:01
the measure of our goodness and beauty,
00:07:04
and it helps us to comprehend how to live as followers of
00:07:08
Jesus in the midst of this noisy world. And
00:07:12
then it helps us to understand God's movement, how God is moving
00:07:15
and working in our lives, his grace, and then
00:07:19
our place in his story. And I love to
00:07:23
think about that. I'm going to go off on a side tangent here. I shared
00:07:26
that I was a catechist for the Catechesis of Good shepherd. And one of the
00:07:29
works that we do in level two at the beginning of the year is. It's
00:07:33
called the Blue Unity strip, but it's looking at the history of the kingdom of
00:07:37
God and how the history of the kingdom of God
00:07:40
starts with Genesis, right? It starts with that creation
00:07:44
and how, you know, God
00:07:47
created the heavens and the earth. He. He created the waters. He
00:07:51
created the plants
00:07:54
and the animals, the birds, the fish of the sea, like, all of these things,
00:07:58
right? And there was an order to God's creation. And when you look at this
00:08:01
on this Blue Unity strip, there's like, gaps in time between each of these things
00:08:05
of creation, you know, millions upon millions of.
00:08:09
And then it's. You can see this. And then it comes to the creation
00:08:13
of human beings and how God created
00:08:17
human beings. And it was like we
00:08:21
were the people who arrived at a banquet feast that everything we could
00:08:24
possibly need was prepared for us, but that he created us
00:08:28
in a. In a unique way to all other
00:08:31
Creation because He gave us minds and he gave us hands
00:08:36
to do his work. And when we're doing this, this work with the children
00:08:39
and we're giving this presentation, you, you have this whole,
00:08:44
you know, timeline of all these things that happen. And it has,
00:08:49
you know, it has the creation of mankind, and then it has when Christ was
00:08:52
born and his salvation. And that marks the time of redemption,
00:08:56
of when redemption is coming. And that's currently the time that we're still living in
00:09:00
on this timeline. But you have where Jesus came,
00:09:04
and right after that on our timeline, there's this like,
00:09:08
blank page, this blank piece of paper that's on the timeline. And when we
00:09:12
talk to the kids about this, we always ask them, well, what do you think
00:09:14
that blank page is for? What's supposed to go on that blank
00:09:18
page? And the whole idea is for them to comprehend and understand
00:09:22
that that blank page is their story, that it
00:09:26
is their time in the history of the kingdom of God.
00:09:30
And that together with God, they are writing that story,
00:09:34
that they are putting themselves in
00:09:37
God's history, in God's timeline. And I just had to
00:09:41
take a moment to really reflect on that because it's so profound to understand
00:09:45
God's movement, to understand his grace, and then to know our place
00:09:49
in his story, that we have a place in his story.
00:09:53
And then finally, the gift of understanding helps us to accept
00:09:57
the mysteries of our faith and to see how our
00:10:01
everyday lives are woven into something much greater.
00:10:05
Right? That every person has that blank
00:10:09
page that belongs, that's being written in God's history,
00:10:13
and that all of these pages of history come together to create
00:10:16
God's overall history of the kingdom of God
00:10:21
until we get to Parousia, when God will be all in all. And it's
00:10:25
just, it's so beautiful to look at that. But then it can also be
00:10:28
so overwhelming and mind boggling that
00:10:32
thank goodness we were given the gift of understanding to help us
00:10:36
kind of peel back these layers of the mysteries of our faith and
00:10:40
begin to understand who God is,
00:10:44
His character, and how he
00:10:47
created us to be, how he created us in his same
00:10:51
image and how we have this calling upon our lives, this
00:10:54
unique mission, and each of our unique characteristics, our
00:10:58
unique beauty, our unique design, all helps to write that
00:11:02
page in the history of the kingdom of God. And so
00:11:06
whereas wisdom helps us to kind of judge rightly,
00:11:09
understanding helps us to see clearly. And so it helps to bring
00:11:13
clarity into the confusion. It offers peace
00:11:17
in chaos and really shines that
00:11:21
purpose in our ordinary everyday lives. Right?
00:11:25
So I Think understanding really
00:11:28
is kind of helps us better
00:11:32
grasp wisdom, right? Because wisdom is that capacity
00:11:36
to love spiritual things more than material ones. And
00:11:39
understanding kind of helps us to know, like, why
00:11:42
we should do that, right? It kind of gives us a little, maybe more concrete
00:11:46
evidence for that, that wisdom.
00:11:50
And so how can we practically tap into this gift
00:11:54
of understanding? And when I was reflecting on this and really
00:11:58
wanting to bring that practicality element
00:12:02
into the podcast, I really came,
00:12:06
like, around three things that I think are some really
00:12:09
impactful tools that are available to each of us to help
00:12:13
us embrace this gift of understanding. And.
00:12:16
And the three ways that we can grow in understanding is
00:12:20
knowing our purpose, knowing who you are,
00:12:25
and knowing what God is calling you to do. Because as
00:12:28
women, I think we can often struggle with really knowing who we are.
00:12:33
And I think it's because, again, we spend a lot of this time comparing
00:12:36
ourselves to others or trying to be more like others because
00:12:40
we think it's the key to happiness or acceptance.
00:12:44
But instead, today, I really want to focus on
00:12:48
growing in understanding to help you know who God
00:12:51
created you to be, knowing who you are,
00:12:55
what your unique gifts are, and how God wants you to use those
00:12:59
gifts in service of his kingdom. And so that's
00:13:03
what we're going to focus on today, is to help us get a better understanding
00:13:06
of these things, and we're going to explore each one of them, but we're going
00:13:10
to start with getting a better understanding of our
00:13:13
purpose, because I think that that's something that we struggle a
00:13:17
lot with, right? We maybe spend a lot of time,
00:13:21
you know, a lot of years, kind of asking, you
00:13:24
know, what's my purpose? Why am I here? Why was I
00:13:28
created? Well, Jesus makes
00:13:31
it simple for us to know our purpose. If we go to Matthew,
00:13:35
chapter 22, verse 37 through 39,
00:13:39
it tells us right there, love the Lord, your God,
00:13:43
with all your heart, and love your neighbor as yourself.
00:13:47
It's so simple, right? That that is
00:13:51
what we are called to do, that that is our purpose. That is
00:13:55
what we were created for. And that's that beautiful truth
00:13:59
that you were created in love to be a gift of love to
00:14:02
others. Your purpose is simply to love.
00:14:07
And the gift of understanding starts to help you see how
00:14:11
you are to do that, right? Where you are
00:14:15
in your specific vocation, in your motherhood, your
00:14:18
job, your body, your unique gifts,
00:14:22
that all of these are part of how God created you to live out
00:14:26
this purpose of love. But when we
00:14:30
don't have a real strong sense of self of who
00:14:34
God created us to be of what our unique talents and
00:14:37
gifts are. It can really make it difficult for us to feel as if
00:14:41
we are living out that purpose of love, that we are sharing
00:14:45
that love. If we don't really know who we are because
00:14:49
we spend so much time in comparison or trying to be like others,
00:14:53
we really don't know who we are. And we're unable to fully
00:14:56
embrace these gifts, which are really the tools that
00:15:00
we need, the tools that God gave us and equipped us with to live
00:15:04
out that purpose and our unique mission
00:15:08
so we can, you know, also call upon the Holy Spirit to help us
00:15:12
grow in an understanding of ourselves,
00:15:16
in being able to grow in that self awareness. And one of the
00:15:20
ways that I love to grow in this gift, and I think it's especially
00:15:23
practical in everyday life, and I think it's something that's really
00:15:26
underrated, is by understanding the
00:15:30
temperaments. And so your unique temperament is part
00:15:33
of God's given design. Now, there's a whole history of the
00:15:37
temperaments, and I'm not going to get into that, into this in, in this episode.
00:15:41
But the temperaments, they're not labels or they're
00:15:45
not boxes. They're just insights to help
00:15:49
you understand how you naturally think,
00:15:52
feel and act. They're some of kind of your just default mode
00:15:56
of things. And they're a tool that can help you grow in self
00:16:00
awareness so you can better love God,
00:16:03
love others, and even love ourselves more.
00:16:08
So for the sake of the podcast, I just want
00:16:12
to walk through these four classic temperaments
00:16:15
together, kind of give you an oversight of what each one of them
00:16:19
is to help you get a better understanding of who you are. And then
00:16:23
I'll also share how each one might show up in motherhood and wellness.
00:16:27
So if you don't know what your temperament is, I'll put a link at the
00:16:30
bottom of the episode notes. So you can go
00:16:34
and you can take a temperament quiz from
00:16:37
Metanoia Catholic and that'll give you what your primary and your secondary
00:16:41
temperament is. But as I'm going through these, you may pick up on
00:16:45
some of these, these characteristics and be like, oh yeah,
00:16:48
I do do that, or I do act that way, or I do think that
00:16:51
way. And it just starts to help you reveal what a little bit more
00:16:55
about yourself and maybe help you to
00:16:59
have a little bit of a shift of some of the things that maybe you
00:17:02
have thought are weaknesses or struggles or
00:17:05
characteristics you wish you didn't have. It may help you start
00:17:09
to shift to see them as, wait a minute, these are Part of the
00:17:13
way that God designed me, designed me. They're part of my specific
00:17:16
design. And maybe I can start seeing them as gifts
00:17:20
and tools and strengths that are going to help you
00:17:24
to live out that unique purpose and mission.
00:17:31
Okay, so the first temperament is choleric
00:17:36
and they're kind of known as like the doers and the drivers.
00:17:39
So cholerics tend to be strong willed people. They're
00:17:43
also very goal oriented and they are
00:17:46
natural leaders. So with this goal
00:17:50
oriented, they are people who want to reach that goal, they
00:17:53
achieve that goal, they kind of know the exact steps that they need to take.
00:17:58
And so in motherhood, the strength of the cleric
00:18:01
is going to show up as somebody who maybe thrives on
00:18:05
structure and routines and kind of the mom who can knock out
00:18:08
that to do list. And in wellness, this is somebody who
00:18:12
sets goals and can push hard,
00:18:16
but one of their weaknesses would be struggling with rest or
00:18:20
flexibility. So recognizing
00:18:24
that this drive that you have, this goal oriented
00:18:28
characteristic that you have is a gift, but then also
00:18:32
recognizing that it's okay to slow down and that God
00:18:35
is actually inviting you to surrender some of your control. Well,
00:18:39
surrender all control, right, because he is ultimately in control, but to
00:18:43
surrender that control and embrace grace,
00:18:46
especially when things don't go according to plan.
00:18:52
So then we have the sanguine, who is kind of that fun loving
00:18:55
connector. So sanguines tend to be people who are outgoing,
00:18:59
they love to be around people, they're enthusiastic
00:19:02
and they're relationship driven. So this might be the mom who plans
00:19:06
the play dates and keep things really light hearted. And in wellness,
00:19:10
sanguines tend to be the type of people who try to, who
00:19:14
enjoy trying new things, but can often struggle with
00:19:18
consistency. And so understanding your
00:19:21
sanguine temperament helps you bring kind of beauty into your family and
00:19:25
beauty into the whole world, but it also reminds you to build
00:19:29
some gentle structure that you need that structure
00:19:32
so your body and your soul and your life stays nourished
00:19:36
and consistent. And I laugh at this one, y' all, because I
00:19:40
am primarily a sanguine. I fit the
00:19:43
sanguine temperament to a T. And it was just very
00:19:47
insightful for me to understand why I kind of
00:19:51
struggled with time management, why I could have these big ideas and
00:19:54
these big dreams, but not ever really knowing how to take
00:19:58
them to completion. And that's just part of that
00:20:01
sanguine temperament is
00:20:05
they tend to have these big dreams, big visions, but not always a
00:20:08
finisher. And so that's why it was really important for me to
00:20:12
try to build some structure and some consistency, but also knowing
00:20:16
that I couldn't do it in the same way as a
00:20:19
choleric would with like these lists and these check boxes and things,
00:20:23
very regimented, because that's not the way that I operated. I
00:20:27
needed to keep things fun and engaging and really
00:20:31
tap into my creative side side to help me
00:20:34
take some of these dreams and visions that I had and
00:20:38
create a structure or steps to help
00:20:42
me achieve whatever it was that I was working towards.
00:20:45
Now, the third temperament is melancholic, and this is my
00:20:49
secondary temperament. But melancholics
00:20:53
tend to tend to be deep thinkers. They are more reflective
00:20:56
and sensitive and they are detail oriented.
00:21:00
So in motherhood, a melancholic would be someone who is very thoughtful
00:21:04
and intentional, but can get stuck in
00:21:07
perfectionist tendencies or worry.
00:21:10
And in wellness, the melancholic shows up as someone who might be
00:21:14
researching all the things, trying to figure out what they should
00:21:18
follow, but they get overwhelmed trying to do it right, that they
00:21:22
may have everything perfectly planned out, but if they don't execute it perfectly, then
00:21:25
they start to beat themselves up, up. So
00:21:28
melancholics just know that your depth is a beautiful gift. But
00:21:32
God doesn't ask for perfection. He just asks for
00:21:35
presence. And so that gift of understanding can help you surrender
00:21:39
those perfectionist tendencies, that pressure that you might be
00:21:43
feeling, and trust that your quiet care is
00:21:46
more than enough. And then finally, we have
00:21:50
our phlegmatics, which are kind of the calm peacemakers. So, so
00:21:54
phlegmatics tend to be very easygoing and steady and supportive.
00:21:58
So in motherhood, phlegmatics tend to be the patient
00:22:02
ones. They're the calm and the storm. And in wellness,
00:22:05
they value their peace, but that means that they may struggle with
00:22:09
motivation or prioritizing themselves.
00:22:13
So as the phlegmatic, you bring peace to your family, but
00:22:16
you have to remember that you matter too. So
00:22:20
understanding your needs can help you gently take steps forward in your
00:22:24
wellness and spiritual life without burnout or guilt.
00:22:28
So these are just a couple, like overviews of each of the temperaments and how
00:22:32
they might show up and just hopefully kind of give you
00:22:35
this peek and this insight into how God created you
00:22:39
with those unique qualities that you have and that
00:22:43
you can start to see them as gifts. You can also start to see areas
00:22:47
that you may need to grow in. And I think the beauty about the
00:22:50
temperaments is that as I've kind of given you some of these
00:22:54
characteristics, there might have been this thing that's gone off in your mind where it's
00:22:58
like, oh, that's that person that I know, or
00:23:01
she's like that. And then instead of, like,
00:23:04
passing judgment upon yourself and saying,
00:23:08
like, I wish I was more like so and so, or I wish I had
00:23:11
that tendency, it starts to reveal, I think, that
00:23:15
uniqueness of the body of Christ, and start to
00:23:18
see, okay, that person is living in their
00:23:22
contributions. They're living in their strengths when they act this way. And this
00:23:25
person is living in their strengths when they act this way. And when you
00:23:29
start to embrace these unique gifts, that allows you to live in your
00:23:32
strengths, and that this all comes together as the body of
00:23:36
Christ, and that it allows each of us
00:23:40
to better live out that purpose of love
00:23:44
through our own unique missions. So, again, the temperaments
00:23:48
are not there for you to pass judgment upon yourself, but they're just that
00:23:51
kind of peek into how God created you to be and those new
00:23:55
unique qualities that you have been gifted. And so
00:23:59
let's just take a moment and talk about this idea of your unique mission.
00:24:03
Because your unique mission is that way in which you're living out
00:24:07
that purpose. Remember, our purpose, why we were created, is for love.
00:24:11
And some of the gifts of your temperament are really those tools
00:24:15
for you to use for living out that unique mission.
00:24:19
And this mission is really just that unique call to sanctity. This
00:24:23
is what God is calling you to do. And many of us
00:24:27
kind of have multiple missions in motherhood, our careers, maybe
00:24:30
mission work that we're doing. But again, because we've spent
00:24:34
so much time looking outside of ourselves for what we think we
00:24:38
should be doing, we may not truly know what our mission
00:24:41
is. And I just want you to know that
00:24:45
I have definitely struggled with this in the past. And
00:24:49
really, there were some clear obstacles when I look back that
00:24:53
were in the way. One being just my obsession with weight and my
00:24:57
body, that. That I spent so much time focused on
00:25:00
that that I couldn't even, like, fathom them. That there would this.
00:25:04
That there would be this unique mission for me. I was so
00:25:08
focused on that. And then there was also, you know,
00:25:11
becoming a mom really had me kind of struggling with,
00:25:15
okay, where is God calling me? What is he calling me to do? Because
00:25:19
before becoming a mom, it was. I was very much this high
00:25:22
achiever. I met all the standards and expectations. I did everything the
00:25:26
world said was what was going to make me successful and happy.
00:25:30
And then I became a mom. And that brought on a whole nother
00:25:35
layer of happiness, but also a realization of how
00:25:38
many things that I did for the sake of. That's what everybody
00:25:42
else's expectation was and that I wasn't really living for what God's
00:25:46
expectations of me were or what he was wanting me to do.
00:25:51
And so it became just this,
00:25:55
this sense of like wanting to
00:25:58
know who I really was, who God had really
00:26:02
created me to be. What were these things that were
00:26:05
unique and important to me that I felt like were things
00:26:09
that God put on my mind and my heart to pursue and what I had
00:26:13
to offer? Because I really did feel like I was being called
00:26:17
to more and that motherhood was really that stepping
00:26:20
stone for it. And so really being able to grow
00:26:24
in self awareness and getting a better understanding of myself
00:26:28
and how God uniquely created me really helped me grow in
00:26:31
confidence and discover that he was calling
00:26:35
me to serve other women and that I can look
00:26:39
back on all the things that have happened and know without a doubt that
00:26:43
the way that he has had my life play out
00:26:47
were all the steps that were necessary for me to live this
00:26:51
unique mission. And part of the unique mission that I
00:26:55
am on is to serve other women and help them heal
00:26:58
their relationship with food and their body. Because that's what he
00:27:02
helped me do. He led me to healing my relationship with
00:27:06
food and my body. And that was
00:27:09
like that clarity moment of oh my gosh,
00:27:13
other women need to know this. And then he, that was kind of the mission
00:27:17
that he was sending me on as well as, you
00:27:21
know, really helping moms in what I call motherhood
00:27:24
in that transition of maybe they've been a stay at home mom for,
00:27:29
you know, several years and now their kids are going to school and they feel
00:27:32
this transition, they start to, you know, they don't really know who they
00:27:36
are in this new transition into motherhood or what they should be doing or what
00:27:40
their unique mission is. And so I really feel like he's called me to these
00:27:43
two unique things of helping women heal their relationship
00:27:47
with food and their body, as well as helping them grow and knowing who
00:27:51
they are and what unique mission God is calling them to.
00:27:55
And it's, I just have to
00:27:59
reflect on, reflect back on how beautiful it has been and how
00:28:02
the Holy Spirit was really my guide on the journey
00:28:06
of healing and the journey of self discovery. And that
00:28:10
it was really the Holy Spirit that kept pointing me in the right direction and
00:28:13
revealing what I should do next. And I just want you to know that
00:28:17
this gift is, is available to you too, that this gift of
00:28:21
understanding is really going to help you with maybe
00:28:25
these areas that you've been struggling with around your health and wellness or around
00:28:28
your purpose or your identity or what your unique mission is.
00:28:33
And so this week I want you to spend some time maybe reflecting on your
00:28:36
temperament, taking some time to learn more about your
00:28:39
temperament and asking God, you know, how have you made me?
00:28:43
What are the strengths that you've given me? Where
00:28:47
do you want me to grow? And like I said, I'm going to put the
00:28:51
link to take the temperament quiz from Metnoya
00:28:54
Catholic in the show notes below, but then also check out the
00:28:58
temperaments workshop that's coming in our community. You can visit
00:29:01
community.caretroxa.com and it's going to be under the free
00:29:05
workshops. And it's a whole temperament workshop. It's going to take you through
00:29:09
step by step to help you understand what your unique temperament
00:29:12
is and how you show up in
00:29:16
contributions. What are the weaknesses of your unique temperament?
00:29:20
What are your ideal conditions? What are
00:29:23
the triggers and what are your motivations for
00:29:27
that specific temperament? And you get to claim them, you get to
00:29:31
own them. And this just starts to reveal
00:29:35
more about who God created you to be. So be sure to check that out.
00:29:38
It's coming in the community. It's community care
00:29:42
attracted.com it's a free workshop. It is available
00:29:45
to anybody who is either already in the community
00:29:49
or if you just simply join the community. You can check out that free temperament
00:29:53
workshop and then pray over your mission.
00:29:56
Look at the specific season of life that you're in, your
00:30:00
relationships, your gifts, your daily duties, and
00:30:03
really ask the Lord, how are you inviting me to live out love today,
00:30:08
Lord? Who do you want me to serve today? What unique
00:30:11
mission have you trusted me to right now?
00:30:15
And when we stop trying to become someone else and start
00:30:19
understanding who God made us to be, y' all, that is when we step
00:30:23
into so much freedom and so much peace,
00:30:26
we stop fighting our own design. We
00:30:30
stop hiding, we stop comparing. And that is
00:30:34
really when we begin to bloom, when we step into that full
00:30:37
health and beauty of who God created us to be so we
00:30:41
can uniquely live out that calling. So
00:30:45
today I pray that the Holy Spirit floods your heart with understanding,
00:30:50
to help you see your beauty, to understand your
00:30:53
purpose and your life through God's eyes. And
00:30:57
you are just such a beloved daughter
00:31:01
of God that he knows you deeply and he
00:31:04
designed you so beautifully and so good and
00:31:08
y' all. So please, please, please share the podcast
00:31:12
with friends or a sister or a mom or a sister in law who,
00:31:16
who is in a season of life where maybe they're trying to navigate
00:31:19
motherhood or wellness with more peace and
00:31:23
purpose. And if you haven't already, please share
00:31:27
the podcast with somebody. And don't forget to tune in next
00:31:30
week for episode three of our Summer with the Holy
00:31:34
Spirit series. Thank you so much for spending this time
00:31:37
with me this week. Remember, beauty held is this
00:31:41
seed, Beauty shared is the flower. It is your time to bloom. I
00:31:45
hope you have a beautiful and blessed week, and I'll see you right back here
00:31:48
