Hey friends, welcome back to Nourished to Bloom!
Today's episode is inspired by a powerful message that landed in my devotional this morning: Do It Afraid.
If you've ever felt overwhelmed, stuck in self-doubt, or just plain scared to step into something new—whether it's recording a podcast, starting that business, or even tackling the never-ending laundry—this one's for you.
We're taking encouragement straight from the Gospels, where the women at the tomb faced fear, confusion, and uncertainty after Jesus's resurrection… and still chose to move forward. Their faith wasn't perfect, but they didn't wait for the fear to pass. They obeyed anyway—and Jesus met them right there, on the way.
This episode isn't just about big, life-changing callings. It's about everyday courage. Saying "yes" to small acts of obedience as much as the extraordinary ones.
I'm sharing 5 practical tools to help you take action—even when fear is loud: ✨ Identify your specific fear—what's really holding you back? 🍃 Ask: What kind of good fruit might grow from leaning in? ❤️ Consider: Who are you serving—yourself, others, or God's mission? 🚶🏼♀️ Take one small, loving step. Holiness is found in ordinary faithfulness, not in waiting for something grand. 🌷 Watch for where God is already showing up—even as you walk forward afraid.
If you're ready to turn anxious energy into holy boldness, tune in for a soul-soothing pep talk, scriptural encouragement from the stories of Mary Magdalene and Mary the mother of Jesus, and practical steps you can use today—even if you're shaking in your shoes.
🎧 Your weekly challenge: Don't wait for the nerves to go away. Choose one thing the Lord is nudging you toward… and do it afraid. Then, keep your eyes open for how He shows up along the way.
📣 Want to bring this spirit of boldness into your wellness journey? I'd love to help you take that next step—nerves, butterflies, and all. Book your FREE Wellness & Life Audit Session: Let's talk about where you feel stuck and make a plan to bloom. 👉 Schedule here

Do it afraid. That was the
00:00:04
message that I got in my devotional reflection
00:00:08
this morning. Do it afraid. And if you could
00:00:12
take a peek into my mind and my heart and the
00:00:16
anxious stomach full of butterflies that I woke up with this morning,
00:00:19
you would know that that was the message that the Lord needed me
00:00:23
to hear. Kara do it afraid.
00:00:28
So often, just like you, I let the fears
00:00:31
and the worries and the doubts of whatever it is the Lord is calling
00:00:35
me to do. Whether it's to record a podcast today or go
00:00:39
out and start a new business venture tomorrow, or
00:00:42
just do the laundry. There's times that I
00:00:46
let the circumstances and the fear and the doubt and
00:00:50
the drudgery of it all take over.
00:00:54
But I was reminded today how we can look to the
00:00:57
Gospels and how we can look to the gospel, particularly about
00:01:01
Jesus's resurrection, and see the women who were there
00:01:05
and take their example away of the
00:01:08
emotions that they had and how
00:01:12
they did it. Afraid. They did what the Lord asked them to do
00:01:16
and they did it afraid. And so today I want to
00:01:20
take some time to explore a little bit more about these
00:01:24
examples that we have from the Gospel and from scripture about women who did
00:01:27
it afraid. Who did what the Lord asked them to do, not
00:01:31
fully knowing what he was asking them to do, and then give you some
00:01:35
practical tools to use that have really helped me when I
00:01:39
face these instances in life where I have to do it afraid.
00:01:43
What does it look like to do it? Afraid? Well,
00:01:46
join me in today's episode and you will for sure take
00:01:50
away some practical tools and some scriptural
00:01:53
inspiration to help you the next time that you
00:01:57
just need to do what the Lord is asking you to do and do
00:02:01
it afraid. Welcome to the Nourish to Bloom

00:03:39
Hey there. Welcome back to another episode of the Nourish to
00:03:42
Bloom podcast. So happy to be spending this time
00:03:46
with you today and every week at this
00:03:50
time. So just a quick thank you to all of you who tune in week
00:03:53
after week to listen to the Nourish to Bloom podcast. I
00:03:57
pray that it is fruitful in your own life just as much
00:04:01
as it has been in my own life to share this message with you,
00:04:05
to talk about faith led wellness, to talk about what
00:04:09
it looks like to lean into where the Lord is calling you.
00:04:12
So thank you for that. And today we're going to talk
00:04:16
about what it looks like to do it. Afraid I
00:04:20
woke up this morning and just felt like after this
00:04:23
three day weekend that I just had so much
00:04:27
to do. There was just this never ending thing of like this
00:04:31
and this and this and this and how was I going to fit it all
00:04:33
in and record the podcast, clean the pool, water
00:04:37
the grass, like all the things. And it's never fun to wake
00:04:41
up feeling overwhelmed. I'm sure that you can relate to that. It's just
00:04:45
never fun to wake up and let that be the tone that starts your
00:04:48
day. But thankfully I start most of my
00:04:52
mornings getting up early before my kids do, before my husband
00:04:56
does and spend time reading
00:04:59
scripture or a devotional. And the
00:05:03
Lord often provides exactly the message that I need to hear
00:05:06
through a scripture reading reading or through a devotional.
00:05:09
And just like always today he
00:05:12
provided. So I read this devotional daily
00:05:16
from Blessed is She. It comes in my email inbox and
00:05:20
it just is a really good way to reflect on scripture
00:05:23
and in a way that I think speaks to the heart of a
00:05:27
woman. And so today I was reading the devotional
00:05:31
and it was based off of the Gospel reading for today
00:05:34
which was Matthew 28 verse 8 through
00:05:38
15 which I'll read that real quick. I'm gonna actually read like
00:05:42
1 through 15. But it's the resurrection of Jesus according to
00:05:45
Matthew, that at daybreak on the first day of the week, they took the
00:05:49
spices they had prepared and went to the tomb. They found the stone rolled
00:05:53
away from the tomb, but when they entered, they did not find the body of
00:05:56
the Lord Jesus. While they were puzzling over this, behold, two
00:06:00
men in dazzling garments appeared to them. They were terrified and
00:06:04
bowed their faces to the ground. They said to them, why do you seek
00:06:08
the living one among the dead? He is not here, but he has been
00:06:11
raised. Remember what he said to you. Well, nope, you
00:06:15
know what, I apologize. This is Luke's version of the Gospel, but
00:06:19
we're gonna continue. He is not here, but he has been
00:06:22
raised. Remember what he said to you while he was still in Galilee. That the
00:06:26
Son of man must be handed over to sinners and be crucified and rise
00:06:30
on the third day. And they remembered his words, then
00:06:33
returned from the tomb and announced all these things to the 11 and to all
00:06:37
the others. The women were Mary Magdalene, Joanna, and the mother
00:06:41
of. And Mary the mother of James. The others who
00:06:44
accompanied them also told this to the apostles, but
00:06:48
their stories seemed like nonsense and they did not believe them. But Peter
00:06:52
got up and ran to the tomb, bent down and saw the burial cloths
00:06:56
alone. Then he went home amazed at what had happened.
00:07:00
So let's go to Matthew's version. So in Luke's version, a couple
00:07:03
of things really stood out to me and kind of
00:07:07
as I read today's devotional and, and it reflected
00:07:11
on this idea of doing it, afraid. And these
00:07:14
emotions that the women as well as the apostles
00:07:18
went through after discovering the tomb being
00:07:22
empty is what I really was drawn to, is these different emotions
00:07:25
that they all experienced at this. This encounter,
00:07:29
this event
00:07:33
that took place in history and how they must have felt. And I
00:07:37
think it's. I appreciate the. The sacred
00:07:40
scripture right here, including these emotions that they must have felt,
00:07:44
because I think it's something that we can rest
00:07:48
in knowing that even the closest followers of Jesus,
00:07:52
the ones who actually walked with him in his
00:07:55
time on earth, still felt these kind
00:07:59
of uncomfortable
00:08:02
emotions, this, this disbelief, this confusion,
00:08:06
this, this fear, this worry that we still
00:08:09
experience today. And I think it brings a little bit of comfort to know
00:08:14
that even those who were closest to Jesus also experienced so many
00:08:18
of these emotions when they had.
00:08:22
They had the most, you know, like one
00:08:25
on one time, the, the most like, realistic encounter that you could
00:08:29
possibly Have. So let's look at Matthew's
00:08:33
version. So after the sabbath at the as the first day of
00:08:36
the week was dawning, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary came to see the tomb.
00:08:40
And behold, there was a great earthquake. For an angel of the Lord descended
00:08:44
from heaven, approached, rolled back the stone and sat upon it. His
00:08:48
appearance was like lightning and his clothing was white as snow. The guards were
00:08:52
shaken with fear of him and became like dead men. Then the angel said
00:08:55
to the woman in reply, do not be afraid. I know that you are
00:08:59
seeking Jesus the Crucified. He is not here, for he has been raised
00:09:03
just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay. Then
00:09:07
go quickly and tell his disciples he has been raised
00:09:11
from the dead and he is going before you to Galilee. There you
00:09:14
will see him. Behold, I have told you. Then they went
00:09:18
away quickly from the tomb, fearful yet overjoyed, and
00:09:22
ran to announce this to his disciples. And behold,
00:09:25
Jesus met them on their way and greeted them. They approached,
00:09:29
embraced his feet and did him homage. Then Jesus said to them, do
00:09:33
not be afraid. Go tell my brothers to go to Galilee and
00:09:37
there they will see me.
00:09:41
So we see in Luke's version there was those
00:09:44
emotions of puzzlement from the women when they just couldn't understand
00:09:48
why the to would be empty. And then we see that Peter went and
00:09:52
he. He left the tomb being amazed for he was
00:09:56
able to believe what the Lord had said. And then we see in Matthews
00:09:59
how the women, they left the tomb
00:10:04
fearful yet overjoyed, right? Two emotions that are
00:10:08
probably on like opposing ends of the spectrum. Fearful
00:10:12
yet overjoyed. And I think
00:10:15
that that just speaks to how when the Lord is asking us to
00:10:19
do stuff to for him, that we can have these
00:10:23
conflicting emotions, that we can be fearful and worried,
00:10:27
but yet we can be excited for what he's calling us to,
00:10:30
that we can experience so many
00:10:34
different emotions all at once. But I think what
00:10:38
ends up happening is that we tend to let maybe
00:10:42
more of those negative emotions be the
00:10:45
emotions that we operate from. We get stuck in the worry
00:10:49
and the fear and the doubt and the. But what we see and
00:10:53
what Beth Davis, the author of the the
00:10:56
Blessed, is she devotional for today. What she said is
00:11:00
that that there's good news in the Gospel,
00:11:03
that the Mary's didn't have perfect faith. When they went to
00:11:07
announce to the disciples that the tomb was empty,
00:11:11
they did it afraid, they ran despite
00:11:14
their raging emotions and Jesus met them on the
00:11:18
way. And then she encourages us to
00:11:22
just keep going, to take the next Right step. Do what love
00:11:25
requires in this moment and be confident that Jesus is going
00:11:29
to meet you along the way. Because too often we
00:11:33
get frustrated with a lack of confidence in the Lord
00:11:37
that he's actually going to fulfill whatever it is
00:11:41
that he's calling us to. But instead take
00:11:44
comfort and rest in from the examples of
00:11:48
Mary Magdalene and the other women who visited the tomb, that
00:11:51
we can do what the Lord is asking us to do and we can do
00:11:55
it afraid. And that when we just, as I like
00:11:59
to say, step out in holy boldness, that the Lord is going to meet us
00:12:02
along the way. We don't know what that looks like, we don't know what
00:12:06
that entails, but we should be confident and we can
00:12:10
actually look back in so many different areas of our
00:12:13
lives where maybe we did do it afraid. And we can see
00:12:17
where the Lord did show up, where he did walk that
00:12:21
path with us. And that's the hard part is we don't
00:12:24
always know as we set out on the journey, we
00:12:28
are try to do something new.
00:12:32
It's much easier to connect the dots looking back,
00:12:36
but we have, we can rest in this idea of
00:12:40
doing it afraid from Mary Magdalene and the other Mary's
00:12:43
example. And then we can also look at Mary, the mother of
00:12:47
God, who did it afraid, who
00:12:50
said yes to the Lord, not completely knowing what
00:12:54
was being asked of her, but having complete
00:12:58
faith and trust in what the Lord was asking
00:13:02
her to do. And because she did that, because
00:13:05
she gave that initial yes, that initial fiat
00:13:09
when God asked her to be the mother of his
00:13:12
son, she then
00:13:17
gained that confidence, she gained that belief
00:13:21
as she walked through life to when you can see her at
00:13:25
the wedding feast at Cana, when she looks at the servants and
00:13:28
says, do what he tells you, right? With
00:13:32
complete faith and confidence that Jesus was going to
00:13:36
handle that situation. She could boldly tell someone,
00:13:40
just do what he tells you. And I think that we can
00:13:44
take both of these examples and really look at that,
00:13:48
like I said, that you can step out and do it afraid and see where
00:13:51
those, where he has shown up and then
00:13:54
confidently be able to share that with other people, to
00:13:58
offer that encouragement and that and that confidence and that
00:14:02
empowerment to other women, to other people, to our own
00:14:05
children that we have been entrusted to
00:14:09
care for, to then say, just do what the Lord tells
00:14:13
you. Because we know that it brings peace, we know that it brings
00:14:16
comfort, we know that it brings fulfillment. And
00:14:20
it's so funny because I think we get caught up like, like Peter
00:14:24
did. It's just like it's amazing,
00:14:27
right? When we see how the Lord fulfilled whatever it was that
00:14:31
he asked. And then we kind of wonder, well, why did I ever
00:14:35
doubt? Why did I ever question? Why was I ever
00:14:38
scared to begin with? And I know that I struggle
00:14:42
with this a lot. It's part of my. My sanguine
00:14:45
temperament of I have these big ideas, these big
00:14:49
dreams, these big visions, these big goals, if you will.
00:14:53
And I can see what that ideal will look like. I can see what the
00:14:57
outcome is, but I don't know how to get from
00:15:00
right here to that outcome. And so I get
00:15:04
stuck. I don't usually start because I can't see what the
00:15:08
path is instead of just taking the next
00:15:12
right step. And so I get caught up and
00:15:15
I. I hold on to the dream, I hold on to the
00:15:19
vision, but I just don't know how to get there.
00:15:23
And so that's when I get this message, like today
00:15:27
of just do it afraid. So I wanted to share
00:15:31
five things that really helped me to.
00:15:34
To do it. Afraid. To step
00:15:38
out in holy boldness, to follow the Lord and whatever he is calling me
00:15:42
to, whether that's building a new habit or
00:15:45
trying something new in my business, or
00:15:49
just even the simple daily tasks that
00:15:52
I don't enjoy doing, right? So what
00:15:56
does it look like to do it? Afraid. So the first thing that helps
00:16:00
me when I am in this situation is to really
00:16:03
identify the fear or the worry. Because
00:16:07
that's usually what is at the heart of it. Sometimes we may have
00:16:11
this like. Like this
00:16:15
top layer of emotion, maybe anxiety
00:16:19
or doubt, but if we, like, think of that as
00:16:22
a blanket and we lift the blanket and we look under it, a lot of
00:16:25
times the underlying emotion is fear
00:16:29
or worry. And so when we can simply just
00:16:32
ask, what am I fearing if I do
00:16:36
this thing, if I take this step, if I do what the Lord is asking
00:16:39
me to do, what am I afraid will happen? Or what am
00:16:43
I worried about? And sometimes it feels like
00:16:47
legitimate concerns. What if I fail? What
00:16:51
if I look like
00:16:54
a fool? What will other people think about me if I do
00:16:58
this? But we have to look at the nature of that fear
00:17:02
and that worry. Because the examples I just gave you
00:17:06
are fear and worry that is driven by
00:17:10
like, worldly expectations and worldly ideals,
00:17:13
right? Often letting that fear and that
00:17:16
worry keep us from taking action because we are worried
00:17:20
about the outcome. We are worried about what other people will
00:17:24
think. But instead, if we start to identify
00:17:27
what this fear and this worry is, we can start to really
00:17:31
understand what I want to Call like the nature of that
00:17:34
fear or worry, we can start to understand what the tone of that fear
00:17:38
or worry is. Because sometimes
00:17:42
the fear or the worry is actually
00:17:46
excitement underneath, right? A little bit of an
00:17:49
unknown, but there's an excitement to it because you know that this is something
00:17:53
that you're excited about, that you want to pursue, that you know the Lord is
00:17:57
calling you to. And so that fear and that worry
00:18:01
may kind of mask over this underlying
00:18:04
excitement so we can start to understand that tone. Is the
00:18:08
fear and worry, something that is negative, that
00:18:11
seems harmful, that would be of the enemy
00:18:15
versus this fear or worry that is,
00:18:18
you know, intertwined with excitement,
00:18:22
that we know that that can be from the Lord, that he wants us
00:18:26
to pursue this, right? So when we can identify this fear or this
00:18:30
worry, this helps us to get that, that fear or
00:18:34
worry, that thought out of our, out of the
00:18:37
darkness of our minds. And it really lets us
00:18:41
bring it to the light. It really lets us
00:18:44
to, allows us to shed the light of reason, of
00:18:48
looking at it with intention, of looking at it with
00:18:52
logic, and of looking at it with a, a
00:18:55
Christ centered perspective. And see again, what is
00:18:59
that tone? What is this fear or worry really about?
00:19:03
And then when we bring that to the light, that's
00:19:07
where Christ steps in and he transforms that and he helps us to,
00:19:10
just to see what is this fear or worry and
00:19:14
do we need to hold on to it? Because the Lord
00:19:18
isn't going to lead us to something that is harmful. He isn't going to
00:19:22
lead us to something that would
00:19:29
be of like this negative
00:19:32
negativity in our lives the way the enemy would. Now I won't say
00:19:36
that the Lord doesn't call us to do hard things that feel
00:19:39
uncomfortable, that maybe you, you try something and it
00:19:43
doesn't work out the way you want it to. But that's part of that growth
00:19:47
of understanding, okay, this is not the way
00:19:51
that this works or this is not the way that this problem
00:19:55
is going to be solved. Let's look for a different solution that's,
00:19:59
that's a little bit different there. But just know like
00:20:02
when we, when we take that fear in this worry and we can really shed
00:20:05
that light on it, look at it with reason and logic in that Christ centered
00:20:09
perspective. It, it doesn't become all
00:20:12
consuming. We can really use this
00:20:16
practical tool, this lens to really help us understand the
00:20:20
nature of that fear or worry and really
00:20:23
debunk and, and start to overcome those
00:20:27
obstacles of fear and worry that tend to keep us stuck and frozen
00:20:31
from ever taking Action. So
00:20:35
tip number two is to really look at what good
00:20:38
will come out of this if you were to do this thing that the Lord
00:20:42
is asking you to do. What good is going to come out of it?
00:20:45
What kind of fruit is it going to bear? Right?
00:20:49
The scripture reminds us that we can tell
00:20:53
a tree by the fruit that it bears, right? So what good
00:20:57
could possibly come out of doing whatever this
00:21:01
thing is that you are contemplating? Is it going to lead
00:21:05
to good fruit? Is it going to be done where it
00:21:08
leads to more love, it leads to more peace, more freedom, serving
00:21:12
of others, serving a vulnerable population?
00:21:16
Or are you really doing it for the
00:21:20
acknowledgment, the. The appreciation, the look at
00:21:23
me and what I accomplished? Is that your motivation
00:21:27
or is that what you're hoping to get out of this? Because
00:21:31
those are two very different perspectives as well.
00:21:34
One is leaning into and seeing that this is going to bear
00:21:38
fruit that the Lord deems as good. And the
00:21:42
other one is more fruit that
00:21:46
could be rotten, right? That could be of the
00:21:50
enemy sewing those weeds in our. In our fields
00:21:54
and it choking out the good fruit.
00:21:59
And then that kind of leads to this third one of like really looking at,
00:22:03
if I do this, who is it serving? Who
00:22:07
am I serving by doing this? Am I being obedient to the Lord and what
00:22:10
he is asking me to do, or am I being obedient to
00:22:14
the world and its expectations and ideals?
00:22:18
Who am I really looking to serve or help? Is it self
00:22:22
fulfilling or is it really an act of service that is going to
00:22:27
do good for others and that you are
00:22:31
serving the Lord or you are serving the world or the enemy?
00:22:35
So really looking at those two things and then the
00:22:39
next one is just take some sort of action,
00:22:43
right? That's really where you can embody the idea of do it afraid, the word
00:22:46
do, right, A verb, do it afraid. Just
00:22:50
take some sort of action. And what is
00:22:54
the first step that you can take or what is the next
00:22:57
step that you can take? And I've really spent some time reflecting on this.
00:23:01
And we know that Pope Francis passed
00:23:05
away this morning. And there was a quote that was sent out that he said
00:23:09
and it really, it really hit home. But he said that
00:23:12
holiness isn't doing extraordinary things, but it's doing ordinary
00:23:16
things with love and faith. And I really took that to
00:23:20
heart because sometimes I get caught up and wrapped up in this idea
00:23:24
that whatever it is that I'm doing or that I'm going to do,
00:23:28
it needs to be extraordinary. It needs to
00:23:32
immediately have an impact Immediately change the world. It
00:23:36
needs to, you know, be the,
00:23:40
the I'm going to use the podcast as an example, the best podcast
00:23:44
message that has ever been out there. Or you
00:23:47
know, just I get caught up in that extreme of it needing to be
00:23:51
extraordinary. And that's part of that people pleasing
00:23:55
personality that I have is that it needs to be
00:23:59
the most, the best. But the reality is is that's often not
00:24:03
what the Lord is call to do. Right. I have that big vision in that
00:24:07
dream and I get so caught up and think that well, it's got to be
00:24:10
an extraordinary step that's going to help me achieve that instead of
00:24:13
really looking at it as it's small
00:24:16
ordinary steps that I take one at a time
00:24:20
that build upon each other that lead to
00:24:25
that outcome, that the outcome or
00:24:29
the thing, the big vision, the ideal, the dream
00:24:32
is the extraordinary. But that doesn't
00:24:36
mean that the actions that I take are the are
00:24:40
extraordinary actions or extreme actions. It's more
00:24:44
about an everyday yes to the Lord and
00:24:47
taking that next step or that first step and doing it
00:24:51
with love and faith. Doing those ordinary things with love
00:24:55
and faith. The things that are required in your house, the
00:24:58
things that are required in your career, the things that are required
00:25:02
in your relationships and your friendships, the things that are
00:25:05
required with your business. Right. Just those
00:25:09
small ordinary steps done in
00:25:13
love and faith I think is really that
00:25:16
foundation for
00:25:20
the extraordinary things that we see. And we can look at the lives of
00:25:24
saints and say, well, they were so extraordinary. But if we look at what
00:25:27
got them there, it was the small ordinary steps
00:25:31
done in love and faith. And that's what really made them
00:25:35
holy. Not the extraordinary things, but that they
00:25:38
surrendered and they did what the Lord asked them to. They gave a yes every
00:25:42
single day. Yes, Lord, I will take this next step.
00:25:46
So don't let inaction
00:25:51
be your norm. Just really looking at it as one
00:25:55
small step every day. What is the one thing that I can do for the
00:25:58
Lord today? And then that leads to really
00:26:01
the fifth thing of just looking for the Lord working
00:26:05
in your life. Right. We can go back to scripture and remember
00:26:09
that Jesus met Mary Magdalene and the other
00:26:13
women on their way, that he showed up for them
00:26:17
on their way. They were obedient to what they were told to do
00:26:21
and the Lord showed up and he was there. And
00:26:25
the same thing happens to us. Looking for how the
00:26:28
Lord is working in your life
00:26:32
and you'll start to see it. It's almost like
00:26:36
I was at a women's retreat where Beth Davis, the Same person who did
00:26:40
this devotional spoke, but she talked about how the Lord has a
00:26:44
love language for you and that He. He.
00:26:47
It's like he puts these things in your place.
00:26:51
Maybe it's a scripture verse. Maybe it's a person. Maybe it's an
00:26:55
OB just reminding you, like, look at me. I'm
00:26:59
here. I. I did this for you because I love you. Will you just
00:27:02
notice me? Right? And I think we can get so caught up
00:27:06
in just the everyday chaos, chaos of life that we don't
00:27:10
really stop and see that. But
00:27:13
take a moment as you go through this, right, that you're taking. You're
00:27:17
doing it afraid. Don't forget to look for where the Lord has met
00:27:21
you along the way, the gifts that he shared, how he
00:27:24
showed up to help you along this path.
00:27:29
And if you kind of take these five practical things and
00:27:33
start to use them as you find yourself maybe
00:27:37
stuck in fear or worry or doubt or confusion or frustration
00:27:40
or whatever it is, just remember that we
00:27:44
can look to the scripture and that we can look at the examples
00:27:48
of women who were so close to the Lord, who still were
00:27:52
not perfect in their faith, but they did it afraid. They were obedient to
00:27:55
the Lord, and he met them along the way and just
00:27:59
took the next step that he was asking them to
00:28:03
take. So that's my
00:28:07
challenge to you for this week, is just to do it
00:28:10
afraid. Do something afraid.
00:28:14
And let the Lord and let him meet you on that
00:28:17
path. I hope you continue to have a beautiful
00:28:21
and blessed week. Remember, beauty held as the
00:28:25
seed. Beauty shared is the flower. It is your
00:28:28
time to bloom, y'all. It is your time to
00:28:32
bloom, to come into full health and beauty
00:28:36
so you can confidently and boldly live for the
00:28:39
Lord. That is my wish for you. That is my mission with
00:28:43
this podcast and with Bloom Wellness. I hope that you
00:28:48
can do it afraid. So you can fully bloom
00:28:52
until next week. Take care, and I will see you right back here in a
00:28:55
week. We'll talk soon. Bye.
