Hey there! Do you ever find yourself caught in the cycle of comparing your outward appearance to others, wondering if it matches up to some elusive standard? It's easy to get lost in the waves of doubt and judgment, isn't it? 🌊

This week on the Nourished to Bloom Podcast (episode 56!), we're digging into the topic of healing your body image. In a world shouting about appearances, this episode offers insights rooted in scripture that challenge you to see ourselves through God's eyes.

🙏 Here's a key takeaway: It's not just about how we appear outwardly - what truly matters is the state of your soul. "Man sees the appearance, but the Lord looks into the heart." 1 Samuel 16 This episode is all about beginning that internal transformation, shifting your perspective to one that embraces intuitive eating and celebrates your body as temples of the Holy Spirit.

Have you ever paused to consider this: Could spending less time on the outside lead to a more enriched spirit on the inside? 🤔

Here's a glimpse of what awaits you in Episode 56:

📖 Unpacking meaningful scripture to transform your perspective on body image. 🌿 Exploring the "tale of two bodies" and how to see beyond physical appearances. 🙏 Prayer, fasting, and alms giving challenges to guide you through Lent with renewed focus.

Final thoughts, you are a beloved creation, and your journey towards a healthy, faith-grounded self-image is one God walks with you every step of the way.

This week, let's challenge ourselves to look beyond the mirror, to find the heart God sees and loves. Ready to be inspired and uplifted?

00:00:00
So this Sunday kind of marked that little halfway

00:00:04
spot of Lent. So we are now officially through the

00:00:07
halfway part of our Lenten journey.

00:00:11
And maybe your Lenten sacrifice just

00:00:14
hasn't gone the way that you have wanted to. Maybe you haven't

00:00:18
been able to stick with it. And that is really okay, right?

00:00:22
Compassion and mercy. Just as the Lord has compassion and mercy for us.

00:00:26
But what I'm going to talk about today is all about healing our

00:00:30
body image. And I'm hoping that maybe what I share in the

00:00:33
podcast today can really be a starting point for you for the rest of your

00:00:37
Linton season and beyond that you

00:00:41
can start to heal your relationship with your body and how you see

00:00:44
yourself. And so today I'm going to share some

00:00:48
scripture and really some scripture that I think can help us start to

00:00:51
see ourselves in a different light. To start

00:00:55
to plant seeds, um, that will start to take root and

00:00:59
how we can see ourselves as God sees us, um, and then a

00:01:02
little bit of what I like to call the tale of two bodies. Just

00:01:06
really understanding that we cannot judge or make

00:01:10
assumptions on a person's health status based off of their

00:01:13
outward physical appearance. And so I hope

00:01:17
that this podcast is impactful for you, that it's really

00:01:21
a starting point for you to not only heal your body

00:01:24
image, but to promote a deeper healing of your self

00:01:28
image and how you are seeing yourself. Welcome to

00:03:01
to Nourish to Bloom, where every day is a sacred

00:03:04
invitation to thrive. Hey there. Welcome to this

00:03:08
week's episode of the Nourish to Bloom podcast. I am

00:03:12
so thankful to have you here with me, y'all.

00:03:16
I will fully admit I am having a little bit of a frustrated

00:03:19
moment because literally five minutes ago, well,

00:03:23
longer than that. But I found out five minutes ago that

00:03:27
while Zoom was saying that it was recording my podcast episode, it

00:03:31
was indeed not recording my podcast

00:03:34
episode. And, y'all, I can only attribute that to

00:03:38
spiritual warfare, that the Enemy really,

00:03:41
really did not want me to share this message

00:03:45
today. And I kind of have to laugh because

00:03:49
it is Monday at the time that I'm recording this. The podcast comes

00:03:52
out on Tuesday, and I have to very shortly go

00:03:56
pick up my kids from school. So I am a little bit

00:04:00
frustrated because y'all. The one that I thought I had just recorded was

00:04:04
so profound and so impactful, if I do say so myself.

00:04:08
I really felt the Holy Spirit working and moving and

00:04:12
dang, that enemy. Also, I

00:04:15
had a. I'm just going to let you know, normally I kind of have a

00:04:19
script written when it comes to the podcast. It just helps me keep

00:04:22
things organized and the flow going and just make sure

00:04:26
that I put that I share the information that I'm really wanting to share and

00:04:29
that I'm not getting off onto tangents and sidebars, and it

00:04:33
become confusing because I can have the tendency to do

00:04:37
that. But I will fully admit that I had a

00:04:40
whole podcast around body image, healing, and

00:04:43
lint written last week, but I just.

00:04:47
It didn't feel like the right message. I just couldn't get behind.

00:04:53
Just. It just didn't seem like it was what the

00:04:56
Lord was asking me to share. And so I

00:05:00
was very happy right

00:05:04
when the Lord clearly, on Sunday during Mass,

00:05:07
said through the first reading, cara, this is what you need to share this

00:05:11
this week on the podcast. And so this is why I'm here

00:05:15
on Monday, kind of last minute, recording this podcast. It's

00:05:19
because the Lord had a message that he wanted me to share with you

00:05:23
and for it to be the basis of today's podcast

00:05:27
episode. And so we are going to

00:05:30
talk about some scripture I also have a saint quote to kind of go

00:05:34
through and just read, really ending it with a tale

00:05:38
of two bodies, really looking at how the world sees bodies

00:05:42
and the assumptions that are made and how those are incorrect.

00:05:45
And then ending with our prayer, fasting and alms giving

00:05:49
challenge around body image for this week.

00:05:53
So I will try and I pray to the Holy Spirit right now,

00:05:57
lord, please let your words be the words that you want me to share

00:06:01
on this now second recording of today's

00:06:04
podcast episode. And Lord, I ask that you bring that peace and that

00:06:08
clarity of that message and ensure that I say all the things that

00:06:12
you are wanting me to share with the listeners.

00:06:15
So like I said, the Lord spoke to me through the first

00:06:19
reading yesterday in Mass, specifically the first

00:06:23
reading for the scrutinies of those who are going through Ircia

00:06:27
and will be baptized during Easter. And so I'd like to

00:06:30
start there. And so we'll start by reflecting on

00:06:34
First Samuel, Chapter 16.

00:06:38
And just to kind of lay the foundation, the

00:06:41
Lord has sent

00:06:45
Samuel to Jesse

00:06:48
to anoint the new king of Jerusalem, the one that

00:06:52
the Lord has chosen to be the new king. And so Samuel

00:06:56
has arrived and is asking Jesse, Jesse

00:06:59
about his sons. And so as Jesse and his sons come to the

00:07:03
sacrifice, Samuel looked at Eliab and thought, surely

00:07:07
the Lord's anointed is here before him. But the Lord said

00:07:11
to Samuel, do not judge from his appearance or from

00:07:15
his lofty stature, because I have rejected

00:07:18
him. Not as man sees does God

00:07:22
see, because man sees the appearance, but the

00:07:25
Lord looks into the heart.

00:07:31
Not as man sees does God see, because

00:07:35
man sees the appearance, but the Lord looks into the

00:07:39
heart. And I

00:07:43
think that this is a beautiful scripture that ties into body image because

00:07:46
the body image struggles that many of us face

00:07:50
are a prime example

00:07:54
of how man sees of that outward appearance, of how the world

00:07:58
sees that we are often viewing

00:08:02
ourselves, our appearance, based off of comparison,

00:08:06
judgment, jealousy, envy, trying

00:08:09
to meet a societal beauty standard that

00:08:13
seems for most people, unachievable. And

00:08:17
we spend so much time and energy and money

00:08:20
focused on that outward appearance. But the Lord

00:08:24
reminds us and his truth through His Word

00:08:27
that He looks into our heart, that

00:08:31
he cares more about the state of our soul, the health of our

00:08:35
soul, than the outward appearance of our body.

00:08:39
But many of us choose to spend time

00:08:43
focused on our outward appearance instead of

00:08:46
spending that time focusing on the state of our soul and the health of our

00:08:50
soul. And it

00:08:53
has led to us filling up so much

00:08:57
of our mental capacity,

00:09:01
struggling with the vices of Vanity

00:09:05
and jealousy and envy, because we

00:09:09
are in those states of comparison, because we are so focused

00:09:13
on outward beauty instead of that

00:09:16
inner beauty and that inner beauty truly being the state and health of our

00:09:20
soul. And so when I get these

00:09:23
reminders from the Lord about, you know, it's not about the

00:09:27
outward appearance, it's about the health and the state of my soul,

00:09:31
it leads me to another piece of

00:09:34
scripture. And you can find this in Matthew, chapter 23, verse

00:09:38
25 through 29. And you can also find it in Luke, chapter

00:09:42
11, 39 through 42. And I'm going to

00:09:45
read the verse from Luke, Luke today,

00:09:49
because it has a line in there that is not in Matthew's

00:09:53
version that I think is just so important for us to

00:09:57
remember. And so this is to. To kind of

00:10:00
set the. The lay of the land.

00:10:05
The Pharisees are

00:10:08
questioning Jesus as to why the disciples

00:10:12
did not wash before the meal. And what Jesus says to

00:10:15
them is, oh, you Pharisees, although you cleanse the outside

00:10:19
of and the dish inside, you were filled with plunder and

00:10:23
evil, you fools. Did not the maker of the

00:10:26
outside also make the inside? But as to what

00:10:30
is within, give alms and behold, everything will be

00:10:33
clean for you.

00:10:37
Did not the maker of the outside also make the

00:10:40
inside? But as to what is within, give alms and

00:10:44
behold, everything will be clean for you.

00:10:49
I think this is a beautiful reminder again, that we

00:10:53
are often so obsessed and so consumed by

00:10:57
cleansing the outside of the cup, right? The way that we are

00:11:00
presenting our physical appearance and our bodies to the world that again,

00:11:04
we are not focused on making the inside of our

00:11:08
cup a priority, right? And I think it's a beautiful

00:11:12
reminder that the. The one who

00:11:15
made the outside made the inside,

00:11:20
right? That he created us as a

00:11:24
whole, a whole human being, the inside and the outside,

00:11:28
that he created us just as he intended, that

00:11:31
our. Our bodies are good and they

00:11:35
were created with care, out of love to

00:11:39
be shared, in love to be

00:11:42
holy. But we so often are

00:11:46
so focused on making the outside of the cup

00:11:50
look pretty that we don't leave room for the inside.

00:11:54
And. And what does it say here? Right?

00:11:58
Give alms to what is within. Give alms and behold,

00:12:01
everything will be clean for you. He's

00:12:05
inviting us and telling us that if we take care of the state of our

00:12:08
souls, if we start to see ourselves as God sees us,

00:12:12
that everything is going to be okay,

00:12:16
right? That the. The outside will be just as beautiful as the

00:12:19
inside. So

00:12:23
get curious. What is your

00:12:27
inside filled with? Is it comp filled with

00:12:30
comparison, jealousy, defeat. Because you've

00:12:34
struggled with this body image, do you keep waiting

00:12:38
until the outside looks a certain way in order

00:12:41
to live the will of the

00:12:45
Lord in order to do the things that he is calling you to do? Do

00:12:48
you say, well, when my body looks this way, then I will do this thing?

00:12:54
We are called. The reason that we

00:12:58
were created was for love. And we can look at the two

00:13:02
greatest commandments for our our purpose. The first

00:13:06
one, to love the Lord your God, with all your heart, with all your mind,

00:13:09
with all your soul, with all your body. And the

00:13:13
second is like that, to love your neighbor as yourself.

00:13:17
I think we sometimes forget that as yourself piece,

00:13:21
right? So we are called to love first, the Lord,

00:13:25
second, ourselves. So then we can love our neighbors

00:13:28
with

00:13:32
compassion and passion and

00:13:36
energy. Because we value that, that neighbor.

00:13:40
Our loved ones, our family, our friends, our community, they

00:13:44
have just as much value and dignity as we do. Because we see and

00:13:48
we know our value and our worth and our dignity. Because

00:13:52
God shows us that love he loved first, and then we

00:13:56
are called to that same love. Saint

00:13:59
Pope John Paul II says that God created our bodies the

00:14:03
way he did, specifically to show us that we are called to

00:14:07
love. Our reason for existence is to

00:14:10
love, to make a gift of ourselves to other.

00:14:16
We fully find ourselves when we embrace the sincere gift

00:14:20
of self. You are a gift to

00:14:23
God, to yourself and to others.

00:14:28
But oftentimes we don't see ourselves that way, right? We don't see ourselves

00:14:32
as a gift to God, to ourselves and to others.

00:14:37
And we have to understand that it's because the world

00:14:43
really buys into the lies of the enemy. And the enemy uses the

00:14:47
world to plant those seeds of doubt, to plant those

00:14:51
lies that tell us that we are not worthy, that our bodies are not

00:14:55
good unless they look a certain way, that they're not healthy unless they look a

00:14:58
certain way. And so we have to dig

00:15:02
deep. And this is what I work with clients a lot on. When we talk

00:15:05
about body image healing. It's really on this, this continuum,

00:15:09
this, this spectrum that it first starts with just treating our

00:15:12
bodies with respect and kindness. And so

00:15:16
that's taking care of our bodies, meeting our body's basic

00:15:20
needs through nutrition, through exercise,

00:15:23
through hydration, just basic,

00:15:27
basic needs. And then it moves into a level of

00:15:31
appreciation where we start to have gratitude. And we can

00:15:34
be thankful for the ways that our body were created, for the

00:15:38
things that our body allows us to do.

00:15:43
Pope John Paul II also says that it's our, our

00:15:46
bodies that make the Invisible, visible. That

00:15:50
we bring Christ to the world

00:15:53
through our bodies. That we are literally God's hand and feet here on

00:15:57
earth. That we are Christ's body here on earth. The here

00:16:01
and now body that you are living in was created

00:16:04
with purpose, with care and with

00:16:08
love to fulfill a

00:16:11
specific mission, to do God's will,

00:16:15
to play your part in

00:16:18
God's salvation history. That

00:16:22
we were created for this moment in time

00:16:27
from the very beginning. That what we do

00:16:30
in the life that we are living now in the body that we are living

00:16:33
now has an impact on

00:16:37
God's history, on the salvation of the world that we

00:16:41
were thought of to live in this moment from the time of creation until the

00:16:44
time parousia comes when God will be all in all.

00:16:49
That we were created for a purpose right now in

00:16:52
God's history, in the bodies that we are living in.

00:16:57
And maybe that is to take a stand against the

00:17:00
worldly views, right? Not as God see,

00:17:04
not as man sees. Does God see? Because man sees the

00:17:07
appearance, but the Lord looks into the heart. Maybe it's so

00:17:11
we can become

00:17:15
more confident in who we are because we start to see ourselves

00:17:19
as God sees us. That's the bigger healing

00:17:23
part of body image is it's a self image healing that we start to see

00:17:27
ourselves as God sees ourselves. That we can put on that Christ centered

00:17:30
perspective and no longer put our hope in those

00:17:34
false idols of the world, but instead put our hope and trust in the

00:17:38
Lord and that he's going to fulfill these things through

00:17:42
our body. And

00:17:45
so we have that respect and kindness, we have

00:17:49
that appreciation and gratitude and thankfulness for the things that our

00:17:53
body allows us to do. And then it has a, a level of

00:17:56
acceptance where you are fully accepting

00:18:00
the body that you are living in now, that you are no longer fighting against

00:18:04
it, that you are no longer trying to change it and distort it and make

00:18:07
it into the world what the world says it should be. But you have fully

00:18:11
accepted it as this is how God created your body and that you're going

00:18:15
to care and be a good steward of it. And when you do

00:18:19
these things and you combine this and this is really the way that you are

00:18:22
living your life. It leads to a level of self love,

00:18:27
right? It's love yourself, love your neighbor as yourself. That is what

00:18:30
helps us get to that point where we fully

00:18:34
find ourselves and we can embrace that sincere gift of

00:18:38
self and then be this gift to others

00:18:41
to be unwrapped and poured out

00:18:45
in love, to love and serve the Lord and to Love and serve

00:18:49
our neighbor. So I hope this

00:18:52
starts, is starting to brew a little bit of a perspective shift that you're starting

00:18:56
to plant some seeds that hopefully become an

00:19:00
invasive species in your mind and start to, you know,

00:19:03
choke out those lies of the enemy, those

00:19:07
lies of the world and you start to embody this truth of what

00:19:11
the Lord says, that you start to learn to see yourself as

00:19:15
God sees you. Because you

00:19:18
cannot, you cannot judge a person's health

00:19:22
status based off of their appearance. It's what I like to call the

00:19:25
tale of two bodies. You can't look at someone and say oh,

00:19:29
because their body looks this way, that they must not take care

00:19:33
of themselves because the reality is, is that their body could look

00:19:37
this certain way and they have a healthy relationship with food.

00:19:40
They're nourishing their body and fueling their body. They

00:19:44
are prioritizing their mental and emotional well being, they are

00:19:47
getting good slee sleep, they are regularly visiting

00:19:51
the doctor as necessary for wellness checkups

00:19:55
that they are, have all these habits in place that promote

00:19:59
their overall health and well being. And

00:20:02
it's in this package that God created. Just like on the

00:20:06
flip side, you can't see this person and based off of

00:20:10
their appearance say oh well, because

00:20:14
they look that way. They have got to be healthy

00:20:17
because we do not know the story of what's going on on the inside. They

00:20:21
could be suffering from an eating disorder, they could be significantly

00:20:24
malnourished because of a medical

00:20:28
diagnosis. And I, I can say this from personal experience because there

00:20:31
is a family member in my family who is struggling with

00:20:35
this. But

00:20:39
they could not be prioritizing their mental and emotional well being. They

00:20:43
could not be getting good sleep, they could not be adequately nourishing.

00:20:47
Their could not be moving their body in a way

00:20:51
that promotes their, you know, their strength and their

00:20:54
cardiovascular and their, their overall well being. But we cannot

00:20:58
make these assumptions, we cannot make these assumptions that someone is

00:21:03
healthy based off the outward appearance. And you, you

00:21:07
can't judge that someone's holy based off of their outward appearance either.

00:21:11
Right? The Lord tells us it's what's on the inside.

00:21:15
And so when we're looking at our health, we have

00:21:18
to really focus on the whole

00:21:22
picture, all the habits that we have in place.

00:21:25
And I can speak to this from personal experience

00:21:29
because I was the person who forever from my

00:21:33
adult life, my BMI says that I'm overweight, but I had

00:21:36
to stop and look at the truth and the reality of the things that I

00:21:40
was doing that I was adequately nourishing. My body. And

00:21:44
I was moving my body in a way that felt good. I was getting good

00:21:47
sleep. I prioritized my mental and emotional well

00:21:51
being. I went to the doctor regularly and I had to stop and say,

00:21:55
you know what, Kara, you are taking care of your body.

00:21:59
You are doing the things

00:22:02
to be a good steward of the body that you were living

00:22:06
in. And then I had to do that mindset work to get

00:22:10
that to that place of acceptance, to, to weed out the lies

00:22:13
of the enemy and all the negative things it said about my

00:22:17
body. But it's a continuum right there.

00:22:21
I'm not gonna lie to you and say that it's all, you know,

00:22:24
joy and love for my body because there are days that I struggle with it.

00:22:28
But I have tools now to help me not let that lead

00:22:32
me into a downward spiral and to not let that lead me

00:22:36
to worshiping false idols and engaging

00:22:39
in behaviors that are going to

00:22:46
compromise my physical, mental and emotional health.

00:22:52
So really stop and think about the

00:22:56
things that you are doing right when it comes to your

00:22:59
body. From a health perspective, what are the inside of the cup

00:23:03
things that you are doing? And from a state of your

00:23:07
soul perspective, what are the inside of the cup things that you are doing?

00:23:11
When we focus on the inside and the state of our,

00:23:14
our health, the state of our soul, then the outside is going

00:23:18
to be exactly as the Lord intended.

00:23:22
So I have a couple of challenges for you this week around our

00:23:25
three pillar, our three Linton pillars prayer, fasting and alms giving.

00:23:30
So our prayer challenge for this week is the

00:23:33
to download and pray the Litany for

00:23:37
healing of body Image. So Emily

00:23:40
Wilson, you can visit her site, it's

00:23:42
emilywilsonministries.com she wrote a

00:23:46
litany for the healing of body Image and it's a 99 cent

00:23:50
digital download. I will put the link

00:23:53
for her website on my show notes so you can easily

00:23:57
access that. But download that, maybe this

00:24:00
becomes the prayer that you need for the rest of Lent to

00:24:04
allow you to reorient

00:24:08
and put on that Christ centered perspective around your body

00:24:11
to make space for him to come in and, and

00:24:14
heal that distortion that you have. So the

00:24:18
Litany of Healing for Body Image by Emily Wilson.

00:24:21
Emilywilsonministries.com 99cent download.

00:24:25
100% worth it. Okay. And then our fasting

00:24:29
challenge is to fast from makeup this

00:24:32
week. So we talk a lot about the pressures of diet culture and

00:24:36
the wellness culture, but we also have this beauty industry that puts

00:24:40
all of this pressure on us right when it comes to our skin when it

00:24:43
comes to our face appearance. Like, just all the things,

00:24:47
right? So how much of this is. We are

00:24:50
really spending this time to put on this mask that we

00:24:54
believe will be acceptable to other people. So my

00:24:57
challenge for you is to fast for makeup for the week. And you might

00:25:00
be really fearful of this. This might be like,

00:25:04
oh, Kara, I don't know if I can do this.

00:25:08
But that is a beautiful way for you to start to uncover what are some

00:25:12
of the thoughts that you have about. About

00:25:15
yourself that are related to body image, related to your physical

00:25:19
appearance. And that's going to reveal where the work needs to be done,

00:25:22
where the mindset work needs to. To take place.

00:25:27
So the whole point of fasting for makeup for the week is

00:25:31
that instead of taking that time to put

00:25:34
on your face, you're going to use that time this week

00:25:38
to read scripture, to listen to a

00:25:41
devotional, to listen to some Christian

00:25:45
music, to pray the rosary.

00:25:49
And I want you to see for this week,

00:25:53
how is the Lord moving and working in that time that.

00:25:57
In that time that you were using to.

00:26:00
To buy into how the world sees

00:26:04
and not how God sees, but how the world sees that time that you buy

00:26:07
into that through all the skin or carotene, all the

00:26:11
makeup, all of that, instead of using

00:26:15
that time for that, see how the Lord starts to

00:26:18
transform your life. What does it bring about? Does it bring

00:26:22
about freedom or a sense of peace

00:26:26
or maybe less anxiety? Maybe you have less

00:26:30
thoughts about how others are going to judge you or

00:26:34
less worries about how other people will judge you? So fasting

00:26:38
for makeup this week, and then our almsgiving challenge

00:26:42
is to donate clothes that don't fit.

00:26:46
The chances are there are probably many of us who have closets

00:26:50
that have clothes that are one to two sizes too small.

00:26:54
There's those. They are those clothes that we have told ourselves that we are going

00:26:57
to hold on to so we can wear them when we lose the weight.

00:27:01
And I'm going to tell you that even if part

00:27:05
of God's plan, through embracing your intuitive eating journey,

00:27:09
allows your spirit set point weight to get back

00:27:12
to where you would fit into those clothes, the chances are you're probably not going

00:27:16
to want to wear those clothes. You're probably going to want to buy something new.

00:27:20
That's just kind of how it seems, right? But the

00:27:23
likelihood is that, in all honesty, you probably

00:27:27
won't get back down to those clothes, because

00:27:31
in order to do so, it's going to lead to, you know,

00:27:35
that really unhealthy habit of that weight cycling where you're you,

00:27:38
maybe you lose the weight, but then you gain it back up again and it's

00:27:42
just that continuous cycle, right? And so I challenge you that as you

00:27:45
buy clothes, to buy clothes for your hair and now body clothes that allow

00:27:49
you to feel comfortable, that are functional, that allow you to do the things that

00:27:53
you want to do during the day, but then also make you feel confident,

00:27:57
right? So take the time to understand that

00:28:01
those clothes that are hanging in your closet that you are likely not going to

00:28:04
fit into again, they are causing you

00:28:08
to put your hope into a false idol. They

00:28:11
are causing you to keep you tethered to that diet

00:28:15
culture mentality that puts that false hope

00:28:19
in your life and instead release that, release

00:28:23
that false idol and put your hope and trust in the Lord.

00:28:27
So clean out those closets, donate those clothes

00:28:31
to an organization in need or if you want to sell

00:28:34
them, maybe you can use that money and give that money to

00:28:38
charity. But those are our challenges for this

00:28:41
week. Prayer litany of healing, of body image, fasting from

00:28:45
makeup and then almsgiving is donating clothes that don't

00:28:49
fit. And I just want to end this episode with

00:28:53
a celebration. So this week on April 2nd, it

00:28:56
marks the one year birthday of the Nourish to Bloom

00:29:00
podcast. It's hard to believe it's been a whole year

00:29:03
that there have been 52 weeks. Well, no give or take,

00:29:07
I have missed one or two weeks. But it has been a whole year since

00:29:10
the Nourish to Bloom podcast has come out. I

00:29:14
am so grateful for you who tune in week after

00:29:17
week and listen and download. And I pray that

00:29:21
this podcast has been a blessing in your life, that it has

00:29:25
helped you in living a more faith led wellness

00:29:28
life, that it has hopefully caused some perspective shifts in your life

00:29:32
and been a path for you to grow closer in the Lord. That

00:29:36
it's a an area that you can start to surrender to the

00:29:40
Lord. And so my birthday wish

00:29:44
for the Nourish to Bloom podcast is for you to share the

00:29:47
podcast with someone this week. Share it with a friend, share it with a family

00:29:51
member, share it on your socials. It would mean the world to me if

00:29:55
you could share the Nourish, your Bloom podcast and really allow the

00:29:58
Lord to work through this message. I pray that you have a

00:30:02
beautiful and blessed week and I will see you right back

00:30:06
here next week and we'll talk soon. Bye.
