Hey there, do you ever feel like you're running on empty trying to juggle so much in your life? Balancing dreams, goals, work, family, and faith – and wondering how you'll ever do it all?

This week on the Nourished to Bloom podcast we're reflecting on scripture and saint quotes that keep us motivated and remind us that we are enough for God's plan.

So, if you've ever felt overwhelmed by your goals or wondered how to align your dreams with God's will, this episode is for you!

Let me tell you, it's an episode packed with so much inspiration and spiritual sustenance, you're gonna feel like you just had a refreshing soul retreat.

We start by reflecting on John 2:1-12, the wedding feast at Cana. It’s a story most of us have heard before, but it's a profound reminder of how Jesus turns the simple into the extraordinary. Those servants filling stone jars with water had no idea they were part of a miraculous transformation, just by being obedient. Are you filling your "water jar" to the brim, despite not knowing what lies ahead?

💬 Here are some key highlights from this episode:

📖 Ephesians 2:10 – You are God’s handiwork, created for good works. He's had a plan for you from the very beginning, and you are more than prepared for what He has in store.

💡 Transformation and Consistency – Just like water turning into wine, the small, consistent acts of faith and obedience in your life are building towards something magnificent over time.

🕯️ Psalm 119:105 – God’s word is a light for our path. Even if we only see one step at a time, He has the full map and will guide us.

👑 Esther 4:14 – Perhaps this is the moment for which you were created. You are here for a divine purpose, perfectly placed in God’s timeline.

This week, I challenge you to reflect on how you can consistently show up in those small, everyday moments with faith and love. It might feel like you're just filling a jar with water, but remember – it’s the simple obedience that leads to God's abundance.

00:00:01
In case you needed the reminder, today, you are

00:00:05
enough for God's plan. I mean,

00:00:08
how many of us have set a goal or had a big dream

00:00:12
only to try to talk ourselves out of it, telling ourselves I

00:00:16
could never do that, or I don't even. Know how I would be able

00:00:20
to do that. I mean, I know I have. But

00:00:23
it's this exact kind of mindset that is truly of

00:00:27
the world, not of God. The world

00:00:31
promotes self reliance. God asks for surrender. The

00:00:34
world says, make a name for yourself. God says, come,

00:00:38
follow me. I will show you a better way,

00:00:42
y'all. He is the way maker, the miracle

00:00:46
worker for your big goals and dreams.

00:00:50
The world defines and pursues success and worthiness through

00:00:54
academics, achievements, wealth or material

00:00:57
accumulations, through productivity and how much you can

00:01:01
do. But I want you to know that it's who you

00:01:05
are is the key. It is way

00:01:09
more important than the tangible skills you have to offer. I mean, while

00:01:12
these skills are great and good to have because they will help

00:01:16
you, because they will be God's hands and feet

00:01:20
for whatever he's asking you to do, it's really

00:01:23
your character, your attitude, your heart,

00:01:27
your willingness are what God

00:01:31
uses to make the impossible possible.

00:01:36
God achieves success through your willingness to serve and love him and

00:01:39
others. Every person you love and serve, whether in your home

00:01:43
or in your community, is being connected to God through you.

00:01:47
And it doesn't matter how you do it, it just matters to God that you

00:01:51
are willing to do it and that you do it with love.

00:01:56
But trust me, I know that this can be challenging. I know that

00:02:00
those terrible, limiting beliefs pop into your mind.

00:02:04
You just don't know how you're ever going to be able to do these

00:02:07
things. So today I wanted to share some pieces

00:02:11
of scripture and a few saint quotes that have really been speaking

00:02:15
to me lately in the new Year

00:02:18
about goals and being steadfast and the

00:02:22
way that I'm being called by the Lord. They've really been

00:02:26
helping me to better understand why God is calling me and increasing

00:02:30
my willingness to say yes to him while

00:02:33
also keeping me motivated. Especially when things seem

00:02:37
hard, I don't want to do them or I don't know what

00:02:40
to do. So I hope you'll join me as we walk

00:02:44
through these few pieces of scripture and saint quotes today.

back to the Nourish to Bloom podcast. So happy to be with you

00:04:30
here this week. I hope that your week is off to a

00:04:34
good start and I really want to open this episode by

00:04:38
reflecting on John 2, verse 1 through 12,

00:04:42
a scripture that most of us have heard several times. It's

00:04:45
the wedding feast at Cana. I'm going to read it here for

00:04:49
you. On the third

00:04:53
day there was a wedding in Cana in Galilee, and the mother of

00:04:56
Jesus was there. Jesus and his disciples were also invited to

00:05:00
the wedding. When the wine ran short, the mother of Jesus said

00:05:04
to him, they have no wine. And Jesus said to her,

00:05:08
woman, how does your concern affect me? My hour has not yet

00:05:11
come. His mother said to the servants, do whatever he

00:05:15
tells you. Now there were six stone water jars there for

00:05:19
Jewish ceremonial washings, each holding 20 to 30

00:05:22
gallons. Jesus told them, fill the jars with water.

00:05:26
So they filled them to the brim. Then he told them, draw some out

00:05:30
now and take it to the head waiter. So they took it. And when the

00:05:33
head waiter tasted the water that had become wine without knowing where it

00:05:37
came from, although the servers who had drawn the water knew, the

00:05:41
head waiter called the Bridegroom and said to him, everyone serves

00:05:45
good wine first. And then when people have drunk freely, an inferior

00:05:49
one, but you have kept the good wine until now.

00:05:52
Jesus did this as the beginning of his signs in Cana and Galilee

00:05:56
and so revealed his glory, and his disciples began to believe in

00:05:59
Him.

00:06:05
So I really think this scripture provides some beautiful messages

00:06:09
for us, especially when maybe we're feeling stuck or

00:06:13
lack the motivation to do the things that we know we need to do

00:06:17
in order to meet our goals or to live out our

00:06:20
calling. First, we can see that Mother

00:06:24
Mary reminds us and encourages us to do what he

00:06:28
says. And we are called to be like the servants

00:06:31
who fully listened, fully trusted Jesus to handle the

00:06:35
situation. Although they didn't know

00:06:39
how he was going to provide more wine,

00:06:42
they still did what it was that he asked. And what we

00:06:46
see in the end is that their obedience made the

00:06:50
way for this abundance, made the way for this

00:06:53
transformation of water into wine.

00:06:56
Secondly, I want to point out that that

00:06:59
transformation took place, that water turned into

00:07:03
wine, that water is something so

00:07:07
necessary, so vital, yet really can be

00:07:10
so simple, become something so

00:07:14
special, so sacred, especially wine.

00:07:18
At that time, when Jesus walked the earth and when

00:07:22
we are working towards our dreams and our goals, when we are

00:07:25
living our calling, we too are like the

00:07:29
water being transformed into something

00:07:32
special, something celebrated.

00:07:36
The water is really what we're offering to the Lord.

00:07:40
It's ourselves, it's our skills, it's our talents, it's our time and

00:07:44
our energy. So are you feeling that water jar to the

00:07:48
brim? But we

00:07:52
are that offering to the Lord, and He's going to transform them.

00:07:56
He. We see it time and time again that he works through the

00:08:00
simple, the normal, the everyday things to produce

00:08:03
his abundance. But I think

00:08:07
we can often get discouraged wondering what is the one

00:08:11
thing, right? What is that one big thing that's going to kind of give you

00:08:14
your breakthrough, that's going to cause this transformation, that will

00:08:18
be the thing that will help us meet the goal, that will produce the

00:08:21
success. But I'm not really sure that

00:08:25
that's how that works. I really think it's often that

00:08:29
it's the commitment to showing up

00:08:33
day after day, the obedience to do what the Lord

00:08:36
is calling us to do day after day, to do

00:08:40
the simple tasks with consistency. And that is

00:08:44
what's going to make the difference. That's where the

00:08:47
transformation really happens. I think we think of

00:08:51
transformation, granted, water into wine, that's

00:08:55
a very tangible transformation. We see that, but I think we

00:08:58
often see and try to like

00:09:02
visualize transformation as a clear before and after.

00:09:07
But I don't really think that that's the way the Lord works. I think this

00:09:11
consistency and this development of habits and

00:09:14
sustainability and commitment and obedience, that trans

00:09:18
transformation is occurring day after day after

00:09:21
day. And it's only like after we get to a

00:09:25
certain point that we can look back and we can see that it was these

00:09:28
simple tasks, it was the obedience for like the

00:09:31
breadcrumbs, the, the connecting of the dots to see how we

00:09:35
got to where we are. I know, you know, in having a

00:09:39
business and, and working with business coaches and seeing

00:09:42
entrepreneurs and you know,

00:09:45
people out there on the Internet that say, if you just do this, then you're

00:09:49
going to have like a 10k month, or if you just do this, then you're

00:09:53
going to get that many more followers.

00:09:56
But I don't think that that is

00:10:00
really the way that we are called. Like, it's not going to happen that

00:10:04
way. But it's really this

00:10:07
consistency, this obedience that's going to make the difference. It's, it's.

00:10:11
That is going to be where that transformation truly

00:10:14
happens. And I just want to say that like, it may

00:10:18
not even be this, this really big dream or goal that you're needing this

00:10:22
transformation. You may need him to help him transform how you feel

00:10:26
about doing the laundry or cooking dinner.

00:10:30
It's this transformation that occurs in being able to care

00:10:34
and, and do these small tasks with love, that

00:10:37
these small daily tasks help prepare us to be able to take

00:10:41
care, to do the things necessary for these

00:10:45
bigger dreams and goals. But

00:10:48
boy do I know how hard it can be to stay

00:10:52
committed to those simple everyday tasks.

00:10:55
We want to know, we want to feel like what we are doing matters

00:10:59
or that it is making a difference. The world screams at

00:11:03
us to try this or this will be the thing that works.

00:11:07
We have to remind ourselves that the Lord

00:11:10
reveals Himself as being steadfast, as

00:11:13
consistent, that he's always there, he does

00:11:17
not change. And he shows us

00:11:20
that these are the things. This is the path to that abundant

00:11:24
life. I think too often we're reaching

00:11:28
for hacks instead of building the habits,

00:11:31
we're reaching for the hacks, the shortcuts, the easy

00:11:35
ways. And while those things may work for a short time,

00:11:38
it does not build that habit,

00:11:42
something that's sustainable. Habits are sustainable and

00:11:46
habits are something that evolve with you throughout all phases

00:11:50
of life. So I want to be able to

00:11:53
share a few more pieces of God's word with you and a few more

00:11:57
reflections and some Saint quotes to continue

00:12:01
to help you feel motivated to be the

00:12:04
water. To let the Lord transform you as you

00:12:08
continue to pursue your goals and to live

00:12:12
out your calling on a day to day basis. So

00:12:16
first I want to really reflect on Ephesians,

00:12:19
chapter 2, verse 10. For we are his

00:12:23
handiwork, created in Christ Jesus for the good works

00:12:27
that God has prepared in advance that we should live

00:12:31
in them. Remember that God has always

00:12:35
had a plan from you, for you from the very, very beginning

00:12:38
of time. He has always known

00:12:43
what he would want you to do and the goodness

00:12:46
that your yes would bring. Remember that

00:12:50
your life has meaning, your story has

00:12:53
meaning, and that you are enough for God's plan.

00:12:58
You're exactly what he wants and needs for

00:13:02
the task. Okay, moving

00:13:05
on. Second Corinthians, chapter 5, verse 17.

00:13:09
If anyone is in Christ, she is a new

00:13:13
creation. The old has passed away. Behold,

00:13:17
the new has come, y'all. There's my favorite word. Behold,

00:13:21
right? Letting the Lord do something new and exciting.

00:13:26
And this just really speaks to that transformation. We

00:13:29
have to remember that the more that we surrender, the closer that we are to

00:13:33
Him. And that maybe

00:13:36
some of the things that you've done in the past really don't matter

00:13:40
in what it is that the Lord is calling you to. The

00:13:44
college gpa, the accolades, they don't

00:13:47
necessarily make you more or less equipped to fulfill God's plan.

00:13:52
I found that my life experiences,

00:13:56
my faith, my faith journey, the

00:13:59
transformations that I've experienced with God's help

00:14:03
that have caused me to grow and change into the woman that he

00:14:06
created and needed me to be, those

00:14:11
are the things that really matter. Those are the things

00:14:14
that help me to share God's word, to

00:14:18
help other women be able to step more confidently and

00:14:21
comfortably into who God created them to be.

00:14:25
It really doesn't matter what my college GPA was.

00:14:31
But this is a continuous process. Each step

00:14:35
of the journey is you continuing to change and

00:14:38
that he's continuing to mold you like the clay in the potter's

00:14:42
hand. And remember that God's plan for

00:14:46
you takes a lifetime. That

00:14:50
you are constantly becoming who he created you to

00:14:53
be, little by little, day after day.

00:14:59
So now I want to share a quote from St. Teresa of

00:15:02
Avila. Let nothing disturb you. Let

00:15:06
nothing frighten you. All things pass.

00:15:10
God does not change. Patience achieves

00:15:13
everything. Whoever has God lacks

00:15:17
nothing. God alone suffices.

00:15:22
Christ has no body now on earth but yours, no

00:15:25
feet but yours. You are the eyes through which the

00:15:29
compassion of Christ must look out on the world.

00:15:32
Yours are the feet with which he is to do to go about

00:15:36
doing good. Yours are the hands with which he is to

00:15:40
bless his people.

00:15:44
So individually and together we are

00:15:48
figuratively and literally the body of Christ here on

00:15:51
earth. You and I are what

00:15:55
make good holy things happen here on earth.

00:15:59
We continue Jesus's earthly mission just as the

00:16:03
saints have before us and the with

00:16:07
overwhelming feeling that so

00:16:10
much evil has gripped our world. We now more than

00:16:14
ever need to confidently step into our vocations

00:16:17
and to be faith filled, confident

00:16:21
Christian women who are fully embracing

00:16:25
and I think being comfortable with who we are

00:16:29
and then stepping out in holy boldness because that is what

00:16:33
the Lord is asking of us. We have to remember

00:16:36
that Jesus overcame the darkness so we can walk in the

00:16:39
light. We are called to be light to others. We

00:16:43
have to remember that love is stronger than evil

00:16:47
and Satan is no match for our God. So

00:16:51
we should not fear the evil our world

00:16:54
is currently facing, but instead go out with love

00:16:58
and confidence, sharing that light,

00:17:02
sharing God's light with those that we are loving

00:17:05
and serving in our homes and our communities,

00:17:09
in our jobs and our careers and our vocations.

00:17:17
Now St. Paul, I will say this

00:17:21
is likely in one of his letters. I forgot to go back

00:17:24
and figure out which one it was. But St.

00:17:28
Paul wrote that having to have no anxiety but with

00:17:31
prayer and petitions, make your requests known to God.

00:17:37
We have to know that we can ask the Lord for what it is we

00:17:39
need. Even if it's the silliest thing.

00:17:43
He hears us and will answer us. I'll

00:17:47
share that. Lately I've been asking the Lord for

00:17:50
permission and maybe courage to

00:17:54
delete Facebook and Instagram apps from my phone.

00:17:58
But I'm really struggling because I've built up this belief that I

00:18:01
need those two things in order to grow my coaching

00:18:05
business. And I've been worried that I

00:18:09
can't grow this business. I can't do this business without a social media

00:18:12
presence. Yet I'll just put out there that I don't

00:18:16
post regularly because I just have

00:18:20
this desire to not engage with

00:18:23
people in that way that that is not the way

00:18:27
that he is calling me to connect with people. But

00:18:31
this just sheds the light on the truth is that God always

00:18:35
has a way that if if I I

00:18:39
do delete Facebook and Instagram that he's going to have a way

00:18:42
that he's going to provide for my coaching business

00:18:47
and he knows my heart and he knows my struggle with social

00:18:50
media that it leads to time sucks, that it leads to me not

00:18:54
being the mom that I want to be, that it leads to me being

00:18:57
distracted. So I have to believe and trust that if I do

00:19:01
delete these apps, that if I do decide to walk away from

00:19:04
them, that he has a way to provide exactly what it

00:19:08
is that I will need.

00:19:12
So what is it that you need to ask the Lord

00:19:15
for? Take some time,

00:19:19
sit down and, and give him those

00:19:22
requests. Even if you think it's silly. I find that

00:19:26
sometimes the silliest things that provide the most

00:19:30
profound impact in our, in our lives.

00:19:34
Okay, so let's move on to a quote from St. Augustine.

00:19:38
It's a kind of a powerful one. Without God we

00:19:42
cannot. Without us, God will not.

00:19:47
We are co workers and collaborating with

00:19:51
God in this life. It's a mutual relationship and where we need

00:19:55
each other to fulfill our unique calling. I mean, I

00:19:59
like to use my imagination to see God and I, you know,

00:20:03
maybe sitting at a coffee shop, sharing a cup of coffee, going

00:20:07
over the plans for the day, or you know,

00:20:10
maybe creating a vision board together, visualizing and dreaming

00:20:14
about the future together, that we're sharing

00:20:18
ideas that I can say, lord, you know, I kind of, I kind

00:20:22
of think I want to maybe try this. And he's going to say, okay, well

00:20:24
here's maybe how you can do that, or here's how we're going to tweak it,

00:20:28
or here's how I'm going to help you transform that into something

00:20:31
better. It's, it's really about him being

00:20:35
the best co worker that we could ask for

00:20:40
and that he is going to be our cheerleader, he's going to be our

00:20:43
teammate, that we're working on this together, that we're not

00:20:47
alone in this.

00:20:50
Okay, so this leads to Psalm 119, verse

00:20:54
105. Your word is a lamp to my feet and

00:20:57
a light to guide my path. I love this

00:21:01
one. You may not know what the next step

00:21:04
is, but God already has the course charted

00:21:08
out. He is your GPS telling you

00:21:12
when to make the next turn, when to pull over to

00:21:15
refuel and rest, and your protector, if you happen to

00:21:19
make a wrong turn and end up in a not so great destination,

00:21:23
he'll reroute your way and he's going to get you back on track,

00:21:27
especially when we choose not to. To follow our GPS

00:21:31
directions because we think we know a shortcut. Right. I'm guilty

00:21:35
of that. Right. But he's going to reroute us. He's

00:21:39
going to continuously to course correct to keep us on the path

00:21:42
that he has for us. And I Just want to say that so many

00:21:46
of us get caught in the fear of not doing anything, of not taking

00:21:50
action, because we don't know the entire route from A to

00:21:54
B. But I think the challenge is, is that

00:21:58
even if we knew the entire route, how many of us are still willing to

00:22:01
go about that course?

00:22:05
That if we knew that it was going to take this struggle or that we

00:22:08
were going to have this wrong turn that, you know, leads to

00:22:12
something unexpected, would we still do it? I think

00:22:16
the answer for most of us is probably not. And so I think in some

00:22:19
ways, when we surrender and we let the Lord continue to guide our

00:22:23
path, to reveal just the next right step we need to

00:22:26
take, it's almost

00:22:30
a motivation, right? It's an excitement. It's kind of

00:22:34
more of an adventure than just getting from point

00:22:38
A to point B. But we have to know that he's there,

00:22:41
he's going to reroute, he's going to protect us. He is

00:22:45
our, our True north, our GPS, our compass.

00:22:50
Okay, here's one of my favorites. Jeremiah 29:11.

00:22:54
For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord,

00:22:58
plans to prosper you. Let me read that

00:23:01
again. For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord,

00:23:05
plans to prosper you and not to harm you. Plans to give you

00:23:08
hope and future.

00:23:12
Yeah, I know that going after goals or dreams can be

00:23:16
scary, but if God is calling you to it,

00:23:19
there is sure to be abundant goodness that comes out of it.

00:23:24
He wants the absolute best for you, his beloved

00:23:28
daughter, much in the same way that we want what's best for our own children

00:23:32
and loved ones. So we try to give them everything they will need

00:23:35
to prosper. That's how the Lord works too. He's going to

00:23:39
give us everything we need. The Lord gives us

00:23:43
that much better than we could in any human capacity.

00:23:48
He wants this future and he wants this hope and

00:23:51
he wants us to prosper. And he's going to show us the way

00:23:55
if we are willing to surrender.

00:24:00
I think this one, this next one is really

00:24:05
appropriate for maybe this particular time that we are

00:24:09
in, in our society and in our history.

00:24:12
Esther414. Who knows,

00:24:15
perhaps it was for a time like this that you became

00:24:19
queen. So this

00:24:22
is really just about embracing that we are where

00:24:26
we are meant to be in God's history, in the history

00:24:30
of the kingdom of God. Boy,

00:24:34
we do know though, how life can be so challenging.

00:24:38
Navigating this tech savvy world, the constant news and people

00:24:42
in our faces all day long, raising kids in this day and

00:24:45
age, I. I sometimes hear people say I think I should have been born

00:24:49
in such and such time. But for whatever

00:24:52
reason, God created you to be a part of this exact moment

00:24:56
in his history of all the people who came before

00:25:00
you and those who will come after you. Your blank

00:25:04
page in in God's history is right now.

00:25:09
That if we look at the expanse of God's history from creation to when

00:25:13
Parisia will come, that he knew

00:25:16
that he would create us for this particular time in history.

00:25:21
Just want you to take a minute. Can you imagine God's history

00:25:25
book? I mean, we see a glimpse of God's history in our

00:25:28
Bibles, but God's history continues to this

00:25:32
day. What will your chapter

00:25:35
read like? It's kind of fun to imagine that. If

00:25:39
we had a Bible tab with our name on it,

00:25:44
what would be the story? What would be the lessons or the

00:25:47
wisdoms that it would teach? What would your saint story

00:25:51
be? I think that we can often feel

00:25:55
insignificant in this bigger picture. But remember

00:25:59
that you're not insignificant to God,

00:26:02
that you were made specifically for this moment.

00:26:07
Okay, so let's move on to Exodus, chapter 4, verse 10

00:26:11
through 12. Moses, however, said to the Lord, if you

00:26:15
please, my Lord, I have never been eloquent, neither in the past

00:26:19
nor now that you have spoken to your servant. But I am slow of

00:26:23
speech and tongue. The Lord said to him, who gives a

00:26:27
person speech? Who makes another mute or deaf, seeing

00:26:30
or blind? Is it not I, the Lord? Now

00:26:34
go. I will assist you in speaking and teach you what you are to

00:26:38
say. I think this really kind of

00:26:42
embraces that idea that God doesn't call the qualified. He

00:26:45
qualifies the cult. He prepares us for the

00:26:49
tasks that we need to do. Personally,

00:26:52
for so long, I struggled with making my coaching

00:26:56
business faith based because I didn't feel like

00:27:00
I was holy enough, Catholic enough, or knew enough about my

00:27:03
faith or the Bible to be able to do it. But in finally

00:27:07
surrendering to God and saying, yes, that I would do

00:27:11
it, he has helped me to know what to say,

00:27:14
what scripture or wisdom to share. He has helped to

00:27:18
make what I do

00:27:21
connected and collaborated with his truth and with his

00:27:25
wisdom. And he's going to do the exact same thing for you.

00:27:29
The Lord doesn't ask us to do this alone. He

00:27:33
is right there with you, walking every step.

00:27:36
He. He also lovingly

00:27:40
places people in our lives that can help us along the way.

00:27:44
I know how important it is to have people in your corner

00:27:48
that know and understand what it is you are working

00:27:51
towards a community that is there to support you and

00:27:55
celebrate you and the big things the Lord is doing in and through your

00:27:59
life. And so

00:28:03
this led me to one of my goals for this year. To build

00:28:06
a community for Christian moms who are wanting

00:28:10
to rediscover themselves in

00:28:14
the face of the Lord. To see themselves as the Lord sees them,

00:28:18
to live their purpose, to find their passion,

00:28:21
to embrace their vocation

00:28:25
and create lasting habits for a

00:28:28
healthier, more intentional life. So

00:28:32
that's why I'm creating the Bloom and Motherhood Membership.

00:28:36
This membership is your space to grow, to connect

00:28:40
and thrive as you embrace whatever season of

00:28:43
motherhood you're in with clarity and confidence.

00:28:48
So what this membership includes is monthly live workshops. We're going

00:28:52
to dive into topics like mindset, go deeper into

00:28:55
faith led wellness, do work around our identity

00:28:59
and living our purpose with actionable

00:29:03
strategies to help you flourish, to help you take

00:29:07
action and move forward, to become confident

00:29:10
and comfortable in who you were created to be and how the

00:29:14
Lord is asking you to live out your purpose. It also

00:29:18
includes weekly coaching session. You'll be able to join live

00:29:22
group coaching calls with me as your guide where you'll

00:29:25
receive personalized guidance, accountability and

00:29:29
and encouragement to stay on track towards your

00:29:33
goals. One of the coolest things about group coaching

00:29:36
sessions is that when you hear another woman being coached,

00:29:40
oftentimes it's some of the same things that you're facing

00:29:44
and it's just nice to be able to hear somebody else's perspective, to be

00:29:47
able to see what a little bit of comfort and reassurance that you're not

00:29:51
the only one, but that it gives you encouragement

00:29:55
and motivation that we are all in this together.

00:30:00
The membership features expert guidance that you're going to

00:30:03
learn faith filled teachings designed to empower you to

00:30:07
take small meaningful steps towards that transformation to

00:30:11
be open to the Lord's transformation. I'm going to

00:30:15
share the the knowledge and the wisdom and

00:30:18
the expertise that I had in Christ centered Intuitive eating

00:30:22
and Faith led wellness and in Catholic Mindset coaching to

00:30:26
really help you on this journey of

00:30:29
transformation. And then in our community you get to connect with

00:30:33
like minded moms who share the same

00:30:36
struggles that you're facing and who are there to offer encouragement

00:30:40
and support and celebrate your wins. You'll

00:30:44
also have access to exclusive resources,

00:30:47
tools, challenges and guided reflections to help you apply what it

00:30:51
is that you're learning each month. And the great thing about the

00:30:55
membership is that there is no long term commitment that

00:30:59
you can cancel this at any time if life takes you in a

00:31:03
different direction. I want you to really know

00:31:06
that this membership is more than just a program.

00:31:10
It's a life giving community that equips you to

00:31:13
embrace your God given purpose and to step

00:31:16
boldly into this chapter of your life.

00:31:20
So I'm inviting you to consider taking

00:31:24
the next step towards a life of clarity and confidence and

00:31:28
joy. All guided by God and with my

00:31:32
help I would love to have you join the Bloom and

00:31:35
Motherhood membership today and really give

00:31:39
yourself the chance to flourish. You

00:31:42
can find out more about the membership and sign

00:31:46
up@community.care attractive.com or you can click

00:31:49
the link in the show Notes. I thank you so much for joining

00:31:53
me here today and for letting me share

00:31:57
these pieces of scripture and Saint quotes that have really been on my

00:32:01
heart these last few weeks in the New year. I hope that

00:32:04
they have provided you with maybe some clarity or some

00:32:08
motivation or some confidence to just keep

00:32:12
taking the next right step and that you are

00:32:15
enough for God's plan. I hope you have a

00:32:19
beautiful and blessed week and I will see you right back here

00:32:23
next week. And remember, beauty held is the seed, beauty

00:32:27
shared is the flower. It is your time to bloom.

00:32:30
Thanks. We'll talk soon. Bye.
