Hey there, have you ever set a New Year's resolution, felt super pumped, only to abandon it by mid-January? Like, you start with this blazing fire of motivation, but somewhere along the line, it fizzles out, and you’re left wondering what went wrong?

This week on Nourished to Bloom, we're tackling this head-on with Ep. 45: The Five Qualities of Effective, God-Centered Goal Setting. Right in line with National Quitters Day—which tragically marks when many people abandon their resolutions—we’ll discuss how we can craft goals that we actually stick to, using a Christ-centered approach.

In this episode, we’ll challenge the well-known SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-based) concept. While these elements are all about self-reliance, we’re flipping the script by introducing five Christ-centered goal qualities. These five elements encourage us to invite God into our goal-setting journey.

Think about it – when was the last time you set a goal with a strong desire, understood a clear why behind it, embraced uncertainties with open arms, and truly surrendered the outcome to God’s will?

✨ Key Takeaways:

  • 🙏 Present your desires to God and trust His plan.
  • 🌟 Grow in virtue and deepen your relationship with Him.
  • 💡 Discover your “why” to stay anchored and motivated.
  • 🌈 Embrace discomfort as a path to growth.
  • 🕊️ Surrender your goals to God’s timing and success.

00:00:01
So last Friday marked National Quitters

00:00:04
Day. It is when the majority of people end

00:00:08
up giving up on their New Year's resolutions and any goals or

00:00:11
habit changes that they are trying to implement. So

00:00:15
we are going to continue our conversation on goals because

00:00:19
a lot of times I think the way that goals are presented to

00:00:23
us from a societal perspective

00:00:27
really sets us up to fail. It sets up that National

00:00:30
Quitters Day actually being a real thing. So today we're

00:00:34
going to dive into what I believe are really five key

00:00:38
qualities that helps us achieve our goals

00:02:22
invitation to thrive. Hey there. Welcome back

00:02:25
to the Nourish to Bloom podcast. So thankful to have you

00:02:29
joining me today. I hope that your week is off to a good

00:02:33
start and maybe I'm really hoping that you haven't

00:02:36
been a part of National Quitters Day, but if you have, that is

00:02:40
okay. Today we're really going to Take some time to look

00:02:44
at goals from a different perspective. I think you

00:02:48
know, most of us know the acronym for goals

00:02:51
Smart goals specific, measurable,

00:02:54
attainable,

00:02:58
reasonable. I think that's what the R is and then you know, time

00:03:02
bound. And that is the way that I learned how to set

00:03:05
goals for most of my life. And maybe that's the way that you have learned

00:03:09
how to set goals as well. But I want to share a little bit about

00:03:13
why I don't think that those work like

00:03:17
that. That approach really works to set us up for success

00:03:21
when it comes to our goals and why it can really be

00:03:24
counterintuitive to a Christ centered perspective when it comes

00:03:28
to goal setting. So let's look at the specific.

00:03:32
So I can see kind of both

00:03:36
sides of this. It being specific just means that you kind of have a

00:03:40
very clear vision of what the goal is and that is important.

00:03:44
And when we look at it from a Christ centered perspective, it

00:03:47
is important to kind of, to have a vision of what it

00:03:51
is that you're working towards. Achieve achieving.

00:03:55
But where it can be counterintuitive is when we look at that

00:03:58
specific part of it, that specific

00:04:02
part of it, it can really lead

00:04:06
us down this path of I want

00:04:09
and or I need. It really

00:04:13
fuels that kind of selfishness and

00:04:17
self centered perspective of, of why we're setting this goal.

00:04:21
It's really putting

00:04:25
ourselves in the shoes of trying to control the situation versus

00:04:29
that surrender posture or letting God have a, have

00:04:32
a major role in, in our goals. So specific

00:04:37
it is important that when we are setting goals and they are aligned with God,

00:04:40
that we do have a clear vision that we, we do kind of know what

00:04:43
we're, what it is that working towards. But we need to make sure that we're

00:04:46
not falling into that kind of

00:04:50
self reliant type of attitude when it comes

00:04:53
to setting goals. Now M is

00:04:57
measurable. So this is interesting, right, Because a lot of times

00:05:01
when we're looking at measurable goals, we think that it needs to

00:05:05
be very concrete type of, of

00:05:09
numbers. Whether it's dollars earned or, or

00:05:12
pounds lost or minutes moved or

00:05:16
like that. We need to start really thinking

00:05:19
about measuring goals on a broader perspective. What

00:05:23
are some of the other ways that we can measure

00:05:27
success? Society likes to

00:05:31
put success in this little box and say this is what it looks like.

00:05:34
But when we're really working from this Christ centered perspective

00:05:38
and we're looking at how we measure success from a Christ centered

00:05:42
perspective, it's about way more than concrete numbers. And I'll just use

00:05:46
Myself, for an example, in starting the podcast and

00:05:49
in starting a coaching business, I find that

00:05:53
I measure success not necessarily by the

00:05:57
number of clients I have, the number of listeners I have, or the, the amount

00:06:00
of dollars that are coming in. For me, it's really about that

00:06:04
impact and that is really what fuels me to

00:06:08
move forward in continuing this, this journey and continuing

00:06:12
to work on this goal. So I had to start thinking outside the box when

00:06:15
it came to that measurable kind of

00:06:19
criteria for goals now achievable.

00:06:23
Now I think this is really interesting when we think about

00:06:27
setting goals and that it needs to be achievable one,

00:06:31
because if we know it's achievable, it doesn't actually

00:06:35
maybe require any growth from us. It's

00:06:39
maybe something we already know how to do. And so it's not really a goal

00:06:42
that's pushing us forward or, or causing us to grow and

00:06:46
stretch the way the Lord calls us to. And then also

00:06:50
it's a little bit of promoting that self reliance, right? If

00:06:54
we know that it's achievable, if we know that it's something within our control,

00:06:58
it's eliminating God from the equation. It's

00:07:02
eliminating co working and collaborating with him

00:07:05
to achieve this bigger goal, achieve

00:07:09
this bigger dream. So that's kind of where I have maybe a problem with the

00:07:12
idea of, of. Of. Of go achievable

00:07:16
is that it can really promote some of that self reliance and self

00:07:20
control. Now I had the R wrong. It's not, I don't

00:07:24
even remember what I said, but it's relevant that the goal is relevant.

00:07:28
And this is also interesting because if we're really goal

00:07:32
setting with God and we're discerning with God, he may be

00:07:35
putting desires on our heart that we just really don't

00:07:39
understand where this is coming from. But

00:07:43
he also provides that relevance for us.

00:07:46
He's going to show us that way of, of if we follow him

00:07:50
and if we are goal setting with him in mind that whatever it

00:07:54
is he's leading to us will be relevant. We just might

00:07:58
not know it yet. So if we're kind of

00:08:01
pigeonholing ourselves into making sure that whatever the goal we're

00:08:05
setting is relevant from our perspective, we may be missing this

00:08:09
bigger opportunity, this, this greater good

00:08:13
that God has set out for us. And then lastly, time

00:08:17
based. So time based means that you're going to achieve

00:08:20
it within a certain amount of time. And again, I think that

00:08:24
promotes an attitude of self reliance and attitude of self

00:08:27
control that if we are,

00:08:31
you know, depending on our own efforts and our

00:08:35
own, you know,

00:08:40
time that, that we're spending on this. Then when we don't, when

00:08:44
that goal is unachieved within that time frame that we set, we tend to get

00:08:47
discouraged or we give up. And

00:08:51
part of this, of the surrender and really goal setting with

00:08:54
God is knowing that some, that God's time does not

00:08:58
work like our time, that he

00:09:02
has a time in mind for when all of this is going to play

00:09:05
out. And so it, it's a very different

00:09:09
perspective when we look at these, these smart goals and maybe the way that we

00:09:12
have been conditioned to believe this

00:09:16
is the right way to go set. And so I just want to offer a

00:09:19
little bit of, you know, perspective

00:09:23
shift as to why this may not really be working in

00:09:27
your life. And I really want to offer up some just different

00:09:30
qualities that I think can help

00:09:35
if we implement them into our goal setting.

00:09:39
A way for us to really make sure that we're

00:09:42
aligning the goals and the desires and the dreams that we

00:09:46
are working on, the habits that we, we are building with God's

00:09:49
plan for our lives. And so these are kind of five key qualities

00:09:53
that I think are important and can offer just a different perspective

00:09:57
when it comes to goal setting. The first one being it needs

00:10:01
to have a strong desire. You have to

00:10:05
kind of really want this

00:10:08
now. Goals start with a spark. It starts with the strong desire.

00:10:12
But it's not just any desire. We're talking

00:10:16
about a desire that comes with a mix

00:10:20
of hope, but also with a little bit of

00:10:23
impossibility, a little bit of, yeah, I really hope

00:10:26
this happens, or I wish that this would happen, but I have really no idea

00:10:30
how it will would happen and maybe even a touch of

00:10:34
doubt. And I think that this is important because

00:10:37
this, this really plays into kind of the law of receptivity,

00:10:41
where it's recognizing that achieving this goal

00:10:45
will take more than just our own efforts. It's

00:10:49
a key and crucial part of being able to invite God into

00:10:52
the process. Because when we have this desire that

00:10:56
is full of hope, that is full of longing, and it's,

00:11:00
it's, you know, burning deep in, in our, in our souls,

00:11:04
we can rest in the comfort that God likely put

00:11:08
that desire there, but also rest in the comfort that

00:11:12
the impossibility, the doubt that comes with it is

00:11:16
that invitation for the Lord to come in. It's asking him to

00:11:19
come in and to perfect this desire and

00:11:23
orient it towards the good it will bring. It's

00:11:27
asking him to come in and play a part of, of

00:11:30
Transforming this goal and this desire

00:11:34
into it being a part of his bigger mission. And

00:11:37
so it's important to reflect on these desires because I think a lot of

00:11:41
times desire can have a negative connotation that,

00:11:46
that our desires may be self centered or are

00:11:49
selfish. But when we can take the time to reflect on the

00:11:53
desires, we can start to see, you know, is this a

00:11:57
reoccurring desire or, or you know, a reoccurring goal

00:12:00
that keeps coming up that's really God nudging us into taking

00:12:04
action in this particular area. So I think some helpful questions

00:12:08
to ask are how does pursuing this desire

00:12:12
allow you to serve God and others?

00:12:16
And also asking what is your intention behind that

00:12:19
goal? Look at kind of like the tone of, of that goal or that

00:12:23
desire is about

00:12:28
you and you achieving this and kind of this maybe self

00:12:31
centered perspective of like I want, I want, I

00:12:35
want or is there an intention behind it that you know that

00:12:39
if you pursued this that it would lead to

00:12:43
a better quality of life for you and your family or

00:12:47
the impact that you would make and, and how this would allow you to, to

00:12:50
serve others or make others lives better or are

00:12:55
point them towards the Lord. You can also look at it

00:12:58
as what fruit will this desire produce?

00:13:02
And if, if you look at the fruit that will

00:13:06
produce and you know that it's good, you know that it will help move the

00:13:09
kingdom of God forward, then you can rest in knowing that that desire is

00:13:13
one from God. And then I think this is really important

00:13:17
because I think this comes up for a lot of women is that we have

00:13:20
these dreams or we have these goals, I like to call them

00:13:24
someday goals. Things that, well, someday I will do this, or

00:13:28
when the kids get older I will do this, right? We keep having these

00:13:31
desires that keep returning over and over and over

00:13:35
again even when we try to ignore it. And I think that

00:13:39
that's really important because I think it's the Lord coming back and maybe knocking on

00:13:42
our hearts and saying, hey, can you open the door to this? Can you, can

00:13:46
you consider this? I was definitely there,

00:13:50
you know, this time last year with the whole podcast thing and him

00:13:54
saying, you know, I really want you to do a podcast and me saying nop,

00:13:58
right? But he's going to provide exactly what it is that, that we

00:14:02
need. And so he opened up this, this opportunity to

00:14:05
fulfill the desire that I had to share

00:14:09
the knowledge that I had gained to share the perspectives about

00:14:13
faith led wellness and Christ centered intuitive eating and,

00:14:17
and a Christ centered mindset to share with other women.

00:14:21
He provided the means for that to happen. And

00:14:25
God places these desires in our hearts as part of his mission for

00:14:29
us. If we just trust him to guide us, that

00:14:32
he's going to reveal and provide every next step that we

00:14:36
need. Okay? Quality number two is that

00:14:39
your goals provide an opportunity to

00:14:43
grow in virtue. Good goals aren't just

00:14:47
about achieving something and definitely not about

00:14:50
receiving something entirely tangible, but they're really

00:14:54
about who we become in the process, the type of

00:14:58
character, the type of habits that we are building, that the

00:15:02
pursuit of our goals should draw us closer to God and help us to

00:15:05
grow in virtue and holiness and faith.

00:15:10
It's all about learning to have trust, to have faith

00:15:13
and to surrender and being able to recognize

00:15:17
that our goals are an opportunity to co work

00:15:20
with God, that we're providing the raw

00:15:24
materials, that we're providing the desires and the

00:15:28
actions that we're taking as the raw materials. And he's going to transform

00:15:31
them into something good. Just like when we bring

00:15:35
the bread and the wine to the altar at Mass

00:15:39
and we're saying, here, Lord, here's the raw material. You're going to

00:15:42
transform that into the body and blood of Christ, where it's

00:15:46
the same thing. We're taking our desires and our actions and this

00:15:50
raw material and placing it on the altar and asking him and inviting

00:15:54
him to come and transform those into something good.

00:15:58
And this allows us to collaborate with God. I mean,

00:16:01
talk about the ultimate team player, right?

00:16:06
This journey to achieving any of your goals can really

00:16:10
help you deepen your relationship with him as you lean on his

00:16:14
guidance, that he is going to be the most

00:16:17
amazing mentor in helping you achieve whatever it is that this

00:16:21
desire is that you have. And so every step

00:16:25
forward that you take is a chance to grow in patience and

00:16:28
perseverance and trust. Okay? Quality number

00:16:32
three is needing to have a very clear why.

00:16:36
Without a clear purpose, goals can often feel

00:16:40
hollow. We maybe fall into this

00:16:43
idea that we're pursuing this goal because it, we feel it's

00:16:47
what we should be pursuing because that's what our neighbor is doing or that's

00:16:51
what our best friend is doing. And if you don't know your

00:16:54
why, your goal is going to lack

00:16:58
depth and meaning. So you have to identify

00:17:02
why are you really pursuing this goal? Asking yourself,

00:17:06
why do you want to achieve this goal? How will it change

00:17:10
your life or the lives of others? Does

00:17:13
this goal seem to align with what God is calling you to? Or is

00:17:17
it something that you think you quote unquote, should pursue?

00:17:23
And ultimately, good goals lead to that deeper growth

00:17:27
and spiritual transformation. It's not about just

00:17:31
achieving the surface level or worldly

00:17:34
achievement. Your why becomes your anchor.

00:17:37
That anchor that's going to keep you grounded when challenges come up,

00:17:41
when obstacles come up, and it's going to fuel the action

00:17:45
that you take in trying to attain and

00:17:49
meet that goal. Okay. Quality number four

00:17:53
of a good goal is being comfortable

00:17:57
with the uncomfortable. Growth,

00:18:00
which is what goals allow us to achieve requires stepping out of your

00:18:04
comfort zone. If you have a goal set that

00:18:08
does not challenge you, it's not a new goal, it's a task you

00:18:12
already know how to do. So it's important that we

00:18:15
embrace being uncomfortable, that we embrace growth,

00:18:19
because good goals are going to stretch us. They're going to help us grow

00:18:23
in fortitude and courage and resilience.

00:18:28
And it's really about overcoming fear.

00:18:32
I was listening the other day to a homily from Father Mike

00:18:36
Schmidt, and he quoted this quote from Julius

00:18:40
Caesar, and it was, the coward dies a thousand deaths

00:18:43
before his actual death, while the valiant only faces

00:18:47
death once. And it was just. It really hit me, right,

00:18:51
how many times, especially when it comes to goals, especially when it's trying new

00:18:54
things, do we just let ourselves die a thousand

00:18:58
deaths of the fear and the worry and the what ifs and trying to

00:19:02
control the outcomes? Right? Because that fear and that worry and

00:19:06
the anxiety that comes with goals often

00:19:09
paralyzes us. But what it

00:19:13
really does is keeps us from fulfilling God's mission. It's

00:19:17
allowing the enemy to win. He brings on that fear. He

00:19:21
brings on the worry and the anxiety because he knows that it's going to keep

00:19:23
us stuck and it's going to keep us from doing what God

00:19:27
needs us to do to further the kingdom.

00:19:31
And just remember that so often the hardest part is

00:19:35
just starting, just taking that first step.

00:19:40
Oftentimes I think we want to know every step that's going to get us

00:19:44
from point A to point B. But I challenge that if you knew

00:19:48
every step from point A to point B, would you actually

00:19:51
continue to take the journey if you knew exactly what it was going to

00:19:55
require of you? And if we knew

00:19:59
every step along the way from point A to point B, there would be no

00:20:02
reason to have God as a part of this. So

00:20:07
when we take that first step, even if we don't know what the

00:20:10
next step is, just taking that step, God

00:20:14
reveals the next step. Remember that

00:20:18
if we knew every step ahead of time, we wouldn't need to rely on Him.

00:20:22
I'm going to go back to starting the podcast. One of my biggest reasons for

00:20:26
not wanting to is I have no idea, you know, how to do

00:20:29
all the things that are required for a podcast, how to record the

00:20:33
podcast, edit the podcast, what kind of software do I need? Where am I uploading

00:20:37
this to? What is an RSS feed? All of the things, right? I was getting

00:20:40
so caught up in the the to do's instead

00:20:44
of really focusing on how

00:20:47
this one thing could allow me to fulfill the

00:20:51
desire that I had to have a greater impact. But when I just took that

00:20:54
first step and said, okay, I'm gonna try this,

00:20:58
and it started with just trying to figure out like what I would even have

00:21:01
a podcast about, God put a podcast

00:21:05
course in my path at probably the

00:21:09
perfect price plant price point for me too, because he knew that piece of it

00:21:13
too. But I had to just take that first

00:21:16
step. So trust that God is walking with you even when

00:21:20
that path feels uncertain. He is that

00:21:24
lamp for your feet, right? He's going to guide your path.

00:21:27
And then quality number five for a good goal is

00:21:31
surrender. Surrender. Surrender. Achieving

00:21:35
your goals requires complete surrender to God.

00:21:39
You have to believe that if you placed a desire in your heart

00:21:43
that it's part of his mission for you, that he is going to

00:21:47
help you fulfill that and trust that he's going to use it for

00:21:50
good. So I think it's really important that we take

00:21:54
Mary's posture of surrender,

00:21:58
that we let it be done unto us according to God's

00:22:02
word. Even if the path seems unclear or the goal

00:22:05
feels impossible, we have to trust in his plan. And we can look at

00:22:09
Mary's story for that inspiration and

00:22:13
that confidence that he's going to fulfill the plan.

00:22:17
She didn't know. She had no idea. This completely came out of

00:22:21
left field for her. Right? But she did have that

00:22:25
desire to trust in the Lord, that desire to give

00:22:29
herself to surrender to Him. And

00:22:32
he took that and he fulfilled the most amazing thing with

00:22:36
it. He fulfilled our salvation with it. Just from her being able

00:22:40
to surrender and be open to what the Lord was calling her

00:22:43
to. And then part of this surrender

00:22:47
is really being able to redefine success.

00:22:51
And it's important to know that God's definition of success might look

00:22:55
really different from our definition of success.

00:22:58
Oftentimes our definition of success is really

00:23:01
rooted in how the world defines success.

00:23:06
But when we surrender, it means that we're letting go

00:23:09
of our expectations and trusting God's

00:23:13
timing and his outcomes. And when

00:23:17
we surrender, we allow God to work through us in ways that we could

00:23:21
never ever imagine. And he's going to bring something better than

00:23:24
we could ever imagine to fulfillment with,

00:23:29
with us and through us and through these goals and

00:23:33
desires that he's placed in our hearts and in our minds.

00:23:36
So as you are maybe recommitting to your

00:23:40
goals for this year, just remember these five qualities. A strong

00:23:44
desire, an opportunity to grow in virtue, having a

00:23:48
clear why, being comfortable with the uncomfortable, and

00:23:52
then total surrender. Your goals. Being

00:23:55
aligned with God's will will not only help you achieve great things, but

00:23:59
it's also going to transform you into the person he

00:24:03
created you to be. So take a moment

00:24:06
today and reflect on the desires that God has placed on your heart.

00:24:11
And maybe you are ready to take the next step or the

00:24:15
first step. And so with that, I want to invite you to

00:24:18
the Goal Setting with God workshop that's taking place on February

00:24:22
5th. It's going to be at 1pm Central Time. It's

00:24:25
going to be on Zoom. And the way this is going to work is

00:24:29
we are going to meet for four weeks. So the first

00:24:33
week is really a workshop. We're going to be doing some goal setting

00:24:37
exercise and then the weeks after that are going to include

00:24:40
coaching. They're probably going to have a little bit of teaching. We're going to look

00:24:43
at things like obstacles to our goals. We're going to work on

00:24:47
a customized individualized action plan for you

00:24:51
to achieve these goals. But you're going to have four

00:24:54
weeks of this workshop. And so

00:24:58
with that, this is really kicking off this new and

00:25:02
exciting thing I am launching in 2025 and

00:25:06
it's called the Bloom and Middle Motherhood

00:25:09
membership. And so in the next couple episodes, I'm going

00:25:13
to get deeper into exactly what middle motherhood is. But just know that

00:25:17
if you are in a place in life where you have school age

00:25:21
children and maybe you've stayed at home with them, you know, up until the point

00:25:25
of them going to school and now they're in school all day and you're kind

00:25:28
of wondering like, what am I doing next? What is this

00:25:31
next phase of my life? Hold. This next phase of

00:25:35
my motherhood? Hold. Yes, I'm still very, very much needed as a mother, but

00:25:39
maybe have a little more free time to pursue a

00:25:42
volunteer opportunity or to go back to a

00:25:46
career or really step into something completely brand

00:25:49
new. But you're just in this place where you're

00:25:53
exploring who you are exploring what's coming next for you.

00:25:57
That's really what middle motherhood is all about.

00:26:01
So I really want to take the faith LED

00:26:05
wellness aspect and the mindset

00:26:08
and life coaching tools that I have and I'm bringing them

00:26:12
together to create this middle motherhood

00:26:15
membership. And so what this is going to look like is we are

00:26:19
going to have a different workshop workshop topic

00:26:22
every single month. This month it's all about goal setting with

00:26:26
God. In March we're going to do Christ Centered

00:26:30
self Care. April,

00:26:34
not quite sure. In May we're going to do, we're going to spend the

00:26:37
month talking about creating a,

00:26:41
a, a summer that, a

00:26:45
joy filled summer because you know, May is, is that time where we're,

00:26:48
you know, frantically trying to enroll kids in camps and what does summer look like?

00:26:51
So we're going to talk about how we're going to create a joy filled summer.

00:26:54
And I have some more exciting topics coming in the, in the coming

00:26:58
months. But I just wanted to give you that preview. And so with this membership,

00:27:02
what this is going to entail is every month we're going to have a different

00:27:05
workshop topic and then we're going to spend the remaining weeks with

00:27:09
coaching and you are invited

00:27:13
to join the membership. It is $48 a

00:27:16
month and you can, you know, cancel at any

00:27:20
time. You're going to sign up for the goal setting with

00:27:24
God workshop and, and the, you know, three weeks of coaching that comes

00:27:27
after that, it's going to be $48. And at the end of the month if

00:27:30
you're like, okay, I don't want to do Christ centered self care in

00:27:34
March, you can cancel your membership and then, you know, maybe you

00:27:38
want to join us in April and May, you can renew. It is

00:27:41
completely up to you. You are not locked into this

00:27:45
for any amount of time. I will say if you do choose to commit

00:27:48
for the year, you do end up getting about almost

00:27:52
two months free. There is a reduced price if you decide to pay in

00:27:56
full for the year. But I'm really excited to offer this because I

00:27:59
think a lot of times we, we want and desire

00:28:03
to work on goals, to make changes, to grow different

00:28:07
habits. But some of the courses that are

00:28:10
presented are just really out of, you know, our price point plan,

00:28:14
out of the budget that we have for the month. So I wanted to offer

00:28:17
something that was just as valuable in content but

00:28:21
at a lower price point. So this is the

00:28:25
introduction to the Bloom and middle motherhood membership and it's

00:28:29
going to kick off with a goal setting with God Workshop on February

00:28:32
5th. You can sign up for this at

00:28:35
www.care attracted.com

00:28:38
forward/goals. You can also find the link for that in

00:28:42
the description of the the podcast episode

00:28:45
below, I will say the whole thing will work

00:28:49
better if you open this from your browser, not from your

00:28:53
mobile phone. Just a little bit of a tech issue with the

00:28:56
Mighty Networks app, but nothing we can't overcome. I'm trying to make

00:29:00
this as easy and simple as possible, but I do hope that you

00:29:04
will join us, comment and try

00:29:07
it out for the first month and if it's not what you

00:29:11
want or need then you are not committed to stick with it for any

00:29:15
of the upcoming months. But I just really had this

00:29:19
again desire and and in talking with God, this

00:29:24
kind of opportunity to provide something at a at a

00:29:28
lower price point that I think is more budget friendly for

00:29:32
for moms and women who are

00:29:35
really trying to figure out what's next or want to work on some of their

00:29:39
health and wellness habits but don't want to

00:29:42
commit hundreds and hundreds of dollars to a a

00:29:46
bigger coaching program. So I'm excited to welcome you

00:29:50
into the Bloom and Middle Motherhood membership

00:29:53
and excited to kick it off with the Goal Setting with God

00:29:57
workshop. And I hope that you will

00:30:01
join us on February 5th. If you can't make it live, no

00:30:04
worries, there will be a recording for that.

00:30:07
But excited to to launch this. Feel free to

00:30:11
sign up and spread the word and invite other

00:30:15
women and moms that you know who may be in this season of

00:30:19
life and looking forward to really

00:30:23
offering some high quality

00:30:26
content and materials that are really going to help

00:30:29
kickstart your year and kickstart goal

00:30:33
setting with God and moving in on that path

00:30:37
and having clarity of where he is calling you to live

00:30:40
your your purpose and your mission. So

00:30:45
with that I hope that the rest of your week

00:30:49
is beautiful and blessed. Remember, beauty held is the

00:30:53
seed, beauty shared is the flower. It is your time

00:30:57
to bloom. Thanks so much for joining me and I will see you right

00:31:00
back here next week. Talk soon. Bye.
